I was digging through my old Google Drive, and I stumbled upon one of the first full silver-bordered projects I did (there were two, not sure if it was this or my "top-down exaggerated stereotypes" themed set that came first). Basically, the idea was to do a bunch of cards that were essentially silver-bordered parody versions of ones from a few of my favourite blocks, including a cycle based on every legendary creature from the original Mirrodin[/b] block. Here for your possible enjoyment is Uncanny, and its silver border-to-black border subset, Unfunny. I hope you enjoy!  |

Honestly, I may do a remastered version of Uncanny, expanding it a bit, updating the card frames on the snow artifacts and lands (as well as a unique frame for "Un-Snow-Covered Obelisk of Temur"), and fixing a few text-based errors that bug me ever-so-slightly, which is most obvious on the "player arche-like cycle" (the rules text for likes and the lack of flavour text). By the way, would anyone like a list of the "real" counterparts of these cards? It may not be entirely clear with some of them, especially the Unfunny subset. |
