If I have a Bludgeon Brawl out, can I use Magnetic Theft to move an Aura I've targeted with Liquimetal Coating around? According to rule 303.4j, I couldn't use it to attach a land aura to a creature, but anything else should be fair game, right?

I think even if it's an Enchant Land what will happen is that the card will be enchanting whatever it was already enchanting AND equipped by the targeted creature, both at the same time.

Maybe you can move the equipped and the enchanted cards next to each other on the battlefield in order to put your Aura Equipment behind both at the same time, otherwise idk where you should place it.

@ Lady Mapi : You're absolutely correct. See also Comp Rules 701.3 as second confirmation for the restrictions you mentioned.
@ arthurxiv : An Aura can never enchant / be attached to two objects at the same time (Comp. Rule 303.4d).

Daij_Djan Awesome - TwiceTheValue.dec might be a go! I just need to find cool Auras to shift around and/or steal. Vow of Lightning could be fun - give a creature +5/+2 and first strike, for the low cost of preventing them from attacking you... and you can just move it to a new threat as needed.

I don't know much about the rules but in my mind the Aura is enchanting only one permanent and the Equipment is attached to only one permanent. I understand it as one card being treated as if it were two separate cards. It would probably be easier if it worked that way, which is weird but very simple, because i still don't understand how it's supposed to work.

Both enchanting and equipping are forms of attaching.
The issue is thus it being an enchantment attached to multiple permanents, which the rules prohibit.
The same applies to Equipment, by the way - 301.5c has very similar text to 303.4d.

If this is the place for asking dumb rules questions, then I have one.
If a spell or ability required specifically sacrificing an untapped permanent for it's cost: Is there the possibility to have the untapped permanent be sacrificed, but tapped for Improvise just before it would leave the battlefield? I don't think so, but I would just like to be sure.

No it's impossible. You may improvise a spell to put it on the stack and then sacrifice to put the ability on the stack above the improvise spell but if you start by activating the ability the creature will already be sacrificed even before you're asked to pay the cost of the improvise spell.
