As the title says, whenever I try to load the file, nothing happens. In task managager, it's still shows it running, even though it didn't open. I've tried other sets and they open just fine, it's just one specific one will not load. Anyone here have this problem and/or know how to fix it? |

Are you missing a template that the set uses?

If there's another set that you can open try opening the one that won't work then opening the one that will. The console tab should show any errors.

If there's another set that you can open try opening the one that won't work then opening the one that will. The console tab should show any errors. I tried to open a file just now, and it's not opening the file, and the working set that I opened is now not responding. It's not showing any errors or error codes.

Generally the only time it hangs like that or fails to load in my experience is if you're attempting to open a set that uses a template you don't have. Which tells me that your templates may be bit-rotted.
Download and reinstall the templates you use, if able.

This set I'm trying to open I was able to access on 10-16-2019. I tried reinstalling some of the more recent files & templates I had, to see if that would fix it, but nothing seems to fix this problem.

I tried reinstalling some of the more recent files & templates I had, to see if that would fix it, but nothing seems to fix this problem. if you have and now how to use 7zip, you can look at the .mse-set's archive and read (but don't edit) the set file see what templates are trying to load. If you don't, upload that in some capacity and I can check it and find the errant templates. |

Here's the link to the file on my google drive. alright then, looks like the file has been corrupted. rename this file to whatever, then find it's .mse-file.bak file and remove the .bak. This will restore your previous save which is hopefully not corrupted. |

Changed the .bak file, and it seems it's corrupted as well. So am I just out of luck then, and should I delete both of them?

So am I just out of luck then, and should I delete both of them? asdf, probably. was able to recover the set symbol and 18 images, but the rest is stuck. images don't have an extension but are openable in paint or w/e. can try sending the .bak file too but not sure if it's going to have anything else. |

No problem, I'll just delete them both. I thankfully saved most of everything as images before this happened, but the big problem is going to find the original links to some of those cards original creators, as the links were in the file.
