I'll make sure to talk to her later, though! ...Kith?" I pause for a moment before continuing on. "And feel free to come ask for help if you find yourself in need of it; we're just over there..." I motion in the general direction.
Hm... "Hm..." I count off on my fingers and end up with two open hands staring back at me. An even ten? Really? "Do you accept ryla as payment? If so, I wouldn't mind picking up ten of your muffins when you're open."
This mana can't be used to cast spells but looks like lots of fun to develop with. 9/10

"I just can't believe it," the inspector, finally back on home soil, said to the other woman in the room. "So many people who have seen Mei Liva, that she's let remember her, and yet, ghosts. Not a single soul can tell me where she is. Not that there were any shortage of people who would, given the chance." The air crystallized, forming a screen of ice shards, playing out what she had heard on the Arena. "Unfortunately, I cannot assist you with Miss Mei's current location." "I will contact you for assistance and I will instruct the Eternity Project members to watch for Miss Mei when they return from evacuation." "You search for Mei Liva, yes? Then leave me be. I do not know where she is. Nor do I care about her or her location." "I'd love to help you, but she didn't give me any way to contact her. "Everyone knows her, and yet..." she leans down to look at Mei, immobilized in shards of ice from fang to toe. "Not a soul knows, or cares, where she is."Mei's eyes follow her as she walks away, then returns with a block of ice. "I also heard some lovely things about what's been going on on this 'Arena' of yours. Seems you're trying to get rid of Tavathi? I'm afraid we can't have that. I'm not finished with him yet. I was afraid we'd have to break you... but..." another memory played on the icy screen... "A woman named Reyhsia was the subject of a mental control spell performed by an... unusual planeswalker that was not Miss Mei." "I could not confirm, but..." the ice block in her hand dissolved away, a damp, wide-brimmed hat unfurling from the snow. "I must say, this is a most unusual planeswalker.""Hello there, little one. Was mean old Mei nasty to you?" she said in a mocking voice. "Don't worry, I'm sure you can pay her back, as long as you don't mind a fair trade," a blue amulet on her neck shined bright as she spoke. She set the hat on Mei's head, then turned to leave. "Oh, one more thing before you take a nap. You didn't tell me about your interesting friend here. Very rude.""She did mention a Karina Oblay..." WindyDelcarlo gurfafflekins Lady Mapi "Thank you for your... assistance."

A gigantic being stands in front of Sevid's bakery. When Lei hears Sevid come out, the tapping immediately ceases and the stones fall to the ground. Lei kneels carefully and speaks. Her tone is soft, but the volume is loud. "My name is Lei Koen of the High Builders. I am not here for the consumption of food. I have been attempting to show her how to control her telekinesis at all times, but despite that, she unconsciously used it in her sleep again, yes? I heard her mind unlocking and locking again mechanisms and doors, and so sensed that a few maps she has drawn have found their way into this building telekinetically overnight. I apologise, yes. This all happened because I underestimated how difficult it would be to teach her. I doubt she will want the maps back, as she dreamt of them being delivered to someone who could appreciate them. All is explained now, yes?"
// Sevid looks up uneasily at the massive creature. She's not sure what to make of it or its words."I uh, take it you're a friend of Hyle then?"
"If it was an accident she's free to have them back. They are being appreciated if she doesn't, though, yes."Sevid Fese, Realmstitcher Legendary Creature - Elf Wizard At the beginning of your end step, if an opponent controls more lands than you, create a token that's a copy of target land. Whenever you cast a spell, up to one target opponent creates a colorless Realm land token with " : Add ." If you cast more, she'll grow bigger, but you'll fall behind on lands. Better if your opponent is playing some powerful lands. Might afford to be at slightly less mana, I think? 7/10
"Yes, yes..." Lei Koen seems to have been suddenly distracted. "Say, what would you say about a hard light crystal formation about..." She extends one appendage forward and a small twinkle escapes out of it. It shimmers through the sky like a firefly. It goes to set in a precise point in the grass, and stays still. "...there? If we make it two times and a half the height of this building, and about thrice as wide, that'd mean that in the longest day of the year, at the exact time the shadows projected onto the ground are at their longest, the shadow of the crystal formation would touch the midpoint of the eastern wall of the building without covering the whole of the building, despite its size."
Quick Planning Instant The next artifact or sorcery card you cast this turn can be cast as though it had flash and can't be countered by spells or abilities. Draw a card.

I pause, considering for a moment, before continuing, "The closest I can think of would be Rath - an outpost plane created by the Ineffable to serve as a staging ground and incursion point for the core assault on Dominaria. "A cryomancer for a frozen arm seems counter-intuitive," replied Rudarah, stepping towards the rogue apparent, "unless of course, you wish to be frozen even more than you already are. Either case is possible, rest assured." It probably wouldn't be easy to feel assured when a seven foot tall woman with orange eyes, six arms, wings of midnight feathers, and skin paler than moonlight, told you in an expressionless voice to feel that way. cajun Rudara looked at the frozen arm, taking a few steps closer to the afflicted vampire. "I see. In that case, this should be trivial." It was important to note, Rudarah was not a healer, but she had ample amounts of power at her disposal, tied with knowledge hidden in the depths of her mind. So removing a block of ice from a women's arm was nothing to her. Rudarah put her staff into the ground, one hand holding it firmly while another seemed to hover nearby. "Hold onto this, you'll lose your balance when I undo this, and you falling into the ground should be the least of my worries." One hand went to the rogue's arm, holding it up from the ground, while other hovered above the ice, fingers swaying gently. "Don't move." {Response Card - Caretakers Touch} Galley Rogue: Seems like a fair Rogue lord, nothing particularly bad or particularly good about it. 8/10

Behind Rudara, a blonde woman in a long blue dress begins slowly walking to the pair. "Well, well, well. I would have trusted better from you, Liva." Rudara may be able to sense the divine blood in her... or is it on her? It's so hard to tell with these things. "Inspector Aevia Glais," she calls out to the goddess. "If I could time travel, don't you think I would go sometime when this thing wasn't?" she dodged. "I met an elf that used to be a time traveler, they said that kind of magic doesn't work anymore. Some big fix-y thing happened and you can't do it anymore." Xirix, the Timeless: An Elf Assassin in blue? I'm not sure why this time traveler is an assassin rather than a wizard or something. The first ability feels more red/green, though blue obviously gets it too, and I'm not sure it fits the rest of the card thematically. This is probably one of those cards that makes perfect sense if you know who the character is, but is really confusing without that context. The last ability is really cool, though, and I like how both effects feel time travel related. For that alone I'm giving this a 10/10."I'm aware that time travel is... difficult. Certainly not something you can do freely. I'm just trying to understand." The drone's spherical body bobs down and up again in a sort of shrug. "In any case, I seem to have developed a vested interest in this spirit not getting whatever it wants, from you or anyone."The drone spits out what looks like a small, rectangular stamp made of some silvery metal. "I've already left this plane and likely won't be back for some time. But if the spirit appears and threatens you, feel free to break this. cajun (Rudara snaps, the forum post)Rudara kept her guard up as she looked between the two, quite...aloof for someone who had been caught in the middle of an extremely dangerous standoff. She wasn't unobservant however, noting how both parties spoke, or tried not to speak. She didn't even flinch at the mention of the tome, nor at it's physical presence on the ground. She was...above this, in a sense. Rudara turned her attention back to the investigator. Her composure maintained, but her voice was like a hammer when she spoke. " You have a confession. From a defenseless, and scared person. You presume to treat the pulling of the facts, even if they are true, from her mind against her will. And, even with this!" she gestured to the book on the ground, not even bothered at it's purported contents, "being the cornerstone of your claim of her guilt, your attitude to this arrangement indicates you serve no purpose, but your own self-interest."
{Response Card - Supreme Arbiter} "Therefore, despite the crimes you bring against her, I cannot allow you apprehend her, as your motives are for your own personal gain!"
Tome of Divines: An interesting idea, but the X usually is connected to the cost in some way. Plus, a boardwipe for quadruple white of every 6+ at best seems sketchy. Not a bad concept, just needs some tweaking. 7/10

"Sure enough, though our stuff's always the freshest," the elf behind the counter smiles. "We've got goods from across the Multiverse, and always looking to add more to our collection."Sevid, the Collector Legendary Creature - Elf Wizard Permanent spells you cast cost less to cast if you don't control a permanent with the same name as that spell. : Reveal the top card of your library. If it's a permanent card that doesn't share a name with a permanent you control, you may put that card into your hand. 2/3
boop some haste here Crack of Dawn - Fervent Strike wants to know why you haven't answered its calls. 7/10 Look, Fervent Strike, what we had was fun, but you have to acknowledge that it's for the best if we see other people.I perk up at the mention of the Multiverse, and kick myself. A hangover, sleep deprivation, and aether bends are no excuse when it comes to business. And, glancing over the elf behind the counter, business prospects looked pretty good. But first...
"I do apologize, miss, for implying that your goods aren't always top shelf - I confess that I simply am not at my best in the mornings without coffee and a muffin.Though, if you don't mind me asking... are you from around here? You have this... spark in your eyes."Behind his head, the cloud of glass dust lazily coalesced into a variety of stained-glass images. Sevid could swear that she caught a glimpse of an... interesting... piece with her in it, but it broke down to raw materials before she had any chance of getting a better look.Gallery of Dust - Legendary Artifact Whenever you cast a permanent spell, you may search your hand, graveyard, and library for any number of cards that share a name with that spell, then exile them. If you do, shuffle your library, then draw a card for each card exiled from your hand this way. , : Scry X, then draw a card, where X is the number of different names among cards exiled by Gallery of Dust. Sevid, the Collector is my kind of legendary - the kind that makes sure that you build around her, without just being goodstuff. At first I was concerned that she'd be too good in singleton formats, but it doesn't look like she would be. A nice card for a nice gal, all told. 10/10.

Rudara kept her guard up as she looked between the two, quite...aloof for someone who had been caught in the middle of an extremely dangerous standoff. And, even with this!" she gestured to the book on the ground, not even bothered at it's purported contents, "being the cornerstone of your claim of her guilt, your attitude to this arrangement indicates you serve no purpose, but your own self-interest." "Therefore, despite the crimes you bring against her, I cannot allow you apprehend her, as your motives are for your own personal gain!" (The X is connected to the cost, there just isn't a {6-X} mana symbol so I had to make do :b) "Hah! You hear this Liva? She thinks you're scared and defenseless. A riot."
"Of course they're in my self-interest," she says, taking a single step towards the book. From her step, a line of ice starts stretching out for the tome. "It's in my self-interest that Liva doesn't destroy another world. It's in my self-interest to ensure that book doesn't manage to get into the hands of someone who knows how to use it."
"Now, we can do this the hard way..." an icy pair of shackles began taking shape beside the inspector, "or we can do this the easy way."Inspector's Shackles Artifact At the beginning of your end step, you may pay . When you do, put an ice counter on target tapped creature. Whenever a creature with an ice counter on it becomes untapped, tap it. "You're going away for a long, long time."Don't get yourself killed over me. I can handle it.
Don't slip up Supreme Arbiter - mmm, kinda feels like this is more cheating the cmc limit than being a drawback, which is p ugly here. 5/10

Oh."Clearly you aren't at your best," she laughs, "or did you not see the maps on the walls?" She turns to the back of the bakery, "Xirix, coffee and a muffin here. ONE."// If Mattol looks, he'll find the walls seemingly plastered with maps from around the Multiverse, each floating against the wall as if it belonged there. A less detailed map floats onto the counter, and she turns it towards him"If you're not from around here, maybe you can find it on this map." The page shows dozens of ovals with names written in them, Pyrulea, Ravnica, Rysela, Tirvana, Feraguo, Phyrexia?, and many others, with a handful scribbled out. Lady, Phyrexia hasn't done anything interesting in three centuries... and why is it so far away from Dominaria? That's... odd, to say the least. I'm from a sleepy little plane named Ptula." I pointed to a tiny circle drifting in the Dominarian Nexus. "Let me tell you, though, the last few years have been kind of rough 'round there."
I glanced up, and saw where she was looking. Damn it, was I day-dreaming again?
"Sorry about that. Here, let me fix that."The glass behind him shaped itself into an intricately decorated pane of frosted glass depicting Sevid sitting at a desk, drawing a map with pen and ink."There, that's better. Of course, I can't exactly give it a proper title without your name, can I?" I winked.Frosted Mirror - Artifact You may have Frosted Mirror enter the battlefield as a copy of target artifact, except it is still named Frosted Mirror. Eternities Map is a really nice mana rock. Not much else to say there. 9/10

"Definitely. Both you and Mister Aeryl are going to see a lot of us, I can imagine." I look at the wall. Rysela. Arina mentioned that plane, right? It was nearby Volaria. Was this a map of the planes? I look at it a bit longer. Eternities Map. Cool! ... Hey, wait....
// Seiva's been staring at this map silently for a solid minute. "Hey, Miss Sevid? You're missing Volaria. It should be right here." I point at the map at Rysela where Volaria is supposed to be. "I get that Volaria's basically hell for non-planeswalkers, but it's still there." Wait, I recognize the map of this region. I studied it intently, to the point where I should know everything about it, so I point at every other plane around there that isn't drawn in. "Volaria, Sythis, Virilin, Intera, Linela. If it'll be easier for you, I can show you our map."
// If Sevid asks to see her map, Seiva projects their version of the region's map onto the map already there, centered onto Rysela. If not, she just points at the locations again.
Yep, very simple, I think I've designed this literal card XD 9/10 Fill In The Blanks Instant Choose a card type, then reveal the top five cards of your library. You may put a card from among them with the chosen type into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

She traces her hand across the map, pulling the Phyrexian circle nearer to Dominaria and drew up the name Ptula. // The elf raises an eyebrow at the glass"Sevid Fese," she says with a smirk, "and you?"The Multiverse Collection Legendary Artifact , : You gain 1 life for each differently named permanent you control. // A dark elf zips into the room, sets down a plate with a cup and a muffin, and zips back out Frosted Mirror - A Phyrexian Metamorph that trades creatures for legends? think it seems fair, should be rare imo 9/10

cajun — Guarded Homefront: Nice clean Nykthos-style land. The fact that it taps the permanent means it can probably get away without Nykthos' legendary status. 9/10"I'm sure we can manage to divert some funds your way, yes. We'll be in touch." Lochana planeswalks away.
