I really went back and forth on whether or not it needs haste. It seems underwhelming without it but might be too strong with it. I opted to give it haste since this effect wants to be on a cool, splashy dragon.

As a johnny player, I'm often drawn towards playing interesting enchantments that then become the centerpieces of wonky combo decks. Because of that, I have always been a bit taken aback by the lack of enchantment tutoring there is, especially effects that put enchantments directly onto the battlefield are a rare sight. So I came up with this and now wish that it was a real card:

Hee hee, thank you. I took Cataphoresis which describes the action of "conveying something downward or through something else; more specifically the motion of charged particles in a colloid under the influence of an electric field; particles with a positive charge go to the cathode and negative to the anode". "Cata" meaning "down", "phoresis" "the act of bearing". Then I changed "Cata"/"down" to "inter"/"between", resulting in an action of mixing things through dimensions or mixing dimensions, however you wanna take it.^^ Just a fancy sounding neologism which imo felt mythic and fitting.
