Is there any tutorial for making template?

I tried to find one, but I couldn't.

All I found is magicseteditor.sourceforge.net/doc/tutorial
and magicseteditor.fandom.com/wiki/Creating_a_Template:_Getting_Started , which are totally empty.

I'm trying to make some other games' template, but I don't know how to start.
Should I start from zero? What folders and files are indispensable? I have no idea at all.



By the way - Is there any program that if I put image files that includes text, I can get font name of the text?
I need many language of it - English, Japanese, Korean, and so on.
