Hi guys, i will be quick. First of all, i was wondering where do you get those awesome images from, i mean like planeswalker existing type of art and others that are very close to mtg art design. I'm arranging as you see with various images found by various attempts and i like it how it is because it has started being part of my style in a sense. (ancient medieval stuff for example).
Then i would ask about deleting a thread here in this section called "doubts" cause it is no longer in use, but i seem not to be able to get rid of it. Ehy thanks people

uaiop: deviantart.com is a good place to start, but you could also use Google image search. These are the two I swear by, at least.

Thanks for your reply! What about art that represents planeswalkers? Ah, whoever would want to delete this and the other "doubts" threads in this section can do it. They was really just quick questions, so keep the place clean i suppose

uaiop: In terms of art selection, planeswalkers are no different from any other card type, in that the art you chose for it was whatever tickled your fancy at that time. I'd actually recommend starting up two new folders for bookmarks (your choice if you wanna make them nested): one for illustrations that you've already put, are RIGHT NOW going to put, or are in the process of putting on a card; and one for illustrations you like, but haven't necessarily found a card for them yet.

Ahok but are you talking about some sort of challenge or something on my own? anyway the fact was "how do you find real existing planeswalkers art" is there someone who makes them i think, because lets say if i want to make an already existing one all i find is almost art that already exists ehy hope to make it clear and not being redundant Of course i collected various new images recently that are just waiting to be put into cards. I generally am sure of doing a card with it right by the moment i choose to save it and use it. I usually find a place for every image, guess im lucky and it is real fun.

uaiop: For preexisting conditionsplaneswalker characters, again, DeviantArt can sometimes be the best resource.

Ah, whoever would want to delete this and the other "doubts" threads in this section can do it. They was really just quick questions, so keep the place clean i suppose Normally there's no reason to delete a thread, keeping these around kind of is the purpurse of a forum after all I did however delete the other thread as you already did so with your own initial post (and without that one, the thread didn't make any sence ). DeviantArt would indeed be my suggestion as well when looking for art including canon planeswalkers but there are other options as well. The old forum contained this thread listing some potential sources - but I haven't checked through the links contained there so I don't know how well they still work today.

Since it hasn't been mentioned yet, Artstation is a very useful source as well.

And what about inserting a card without its image? I saw this as well You mean like this?
I'm an Example Instant I do stuff. Here's some flavor?
Linking cards is done by using the [ card ] tag (without spaces), for mana symbols and similar we have basically added custom symbols to our BBCode. This guide, especially the sections "The Grand List of MTG Symbols" and "The [ card ] tag", should explain everything

Also if you ever want to see how someone did something, you can hit "Quote" to see the source.

If you press quote and then BBCode on the bottom left, you'll see the original text they wrote.
