The godhead, at least to Bell, would seem to have chosen a location appropriate to their supposed tyranny. Situated far above the rest of the city, it was impossible not to see the Godhead's residence of choice. Her imagery was hung from almost every possible corner, and Bell would notice more than one guard, seen or unseen to the masses, that was keeping their eyes on him. He was not stopped in his journey however, and managed to walk directly to the staircase prior to the main entrance. His only obstacle now, it seemed... was the sphinx that was staring him down from in front of the door. Bell approaches the sphinx, unphased by the many eyes watching him and his dragon approaching this late at night. The dragon looks in awe at the sphinx, wondering what it was and how it got there. Another thing with wings that wasn't a bird? Awesome! Bell seems less amused. "I'm here to have a word with this Godhead of yours." he says, staring down the creature. "Please! People will die!" People in the crows look at me. I'm probably not the strangest thing they have ever seen, but no one likes hearing about death. I turn my back to them, hide under my hat and start running away. I stop a few blocks away and I look to my surroundings. I might be a little bit lost. gurfafflekins The sphinx squinted at him, before positioning itself before more of its body was in the way of the door. "What reason do you have to visit the Godhead? Her Emminence is a busy individual, and I don't recall waiting for osmeone like you to arrive today." Her eyes stared deep into him, unblinking and unnerving. It was definitely an attempt to put him on edge, but that was likely all it was for. Neottolemo Rudara gave the slightest reaction, raising a brow and opening her mouth the slightest at the intrusion from the three titans now standing behind the warlord, before she recomposed herself. Her staff left her hand, falling to the ground as she freed her sixth hand, and held it forward in sequence with the rest. She gave Lindri and the titans a resolute look as the attack approached her, and spoke. "If you will not go, then you will die."Far below, the staff stopped in mid air, as if suddenly plucked from its fall, before turning parallel to Rudara. Energy began to crackle around the aged iron, before a blast of energy erupted from the earth beneath it, struck the staff, and refracted, shooting upwards towards Rudara and coalescing around her. "And if you cannot be killed, I will remake you into something new."The energy then erupted forth, washing over the Titan's attacks and towards Lindri herself. The aether crackled at the edges of the attack, tearing even the air away from reality. ...What would it being forth when the spell was done? {Call for Aid - Silence: M11} {Response Card - Remorseless Reshaping } Lindri, Heir of Destruction: Samut the Tested sort of with black effects in tow, except the ultimate is tribal. Eh. 6/10 Lindri is engulfed by the beam. She becomes... My God. SHE BECOMES... Lindri. After all, it's not hard to imagine that some resistance to being remoulded into another form would be developed after years of someone talking directly into your thoughts to make you lose yourself. However apparently the beam is also like a slide and a punchy laser at the same time or something so she's actually a few kilometres further from where she used to be and hurts all over to some extent. But that doesn't stop her. She begins to fly towards Sanaerti again, and will be there shortly. Meanwhile, the Arm of Cruelty has been also engulfed by the beam, though their attacks partly protected them, apparently. And now they're... well. There's version of them trapped inside rotating soaplike bubbles, looking inert, cartoonish, and sectioned in parts. But like, think Lego, not gore. The High Builders are also here. When did they appear? Who knows. But the gang's all there. They are examining the bubbles thoroughly. Zagr raises one of her hands towards the others to signal them to be silent, then addresses the goddess with her usual rough voice. "Rudara. I am Zagr of the High Builders. I don't know what you did to the Arm of Cruelty, but I don't like it one bit. Keep in mind that that does not make us enemies. They used to be like us High Builders before they went their way, so we'll be taking them away to watch over their evolution closely. Does that sound good to you, Godhead?" Hundreds, perhaps thousands of different screeching sounds begin immediately to emanate from no particular direction. Zagr shoots a look at Rudara. "I'm not doing this. None of us are. But I don't like this, either."

NeottolemoRudara was unsure how the happening of many events had taken place in rapid succession, but she knew where her priorities were now that it was all catching up to her. "I will consider that when they evolve back to their seemingly brutish selves once more," Rudara quipped, grabbing her staff as it floated back up to her hand. "Now if you would please, I have my city to protect, and you have the responsibility of discovering the source of that dreadful shrieking." In a flash, Rudara was streaking across the sky, hurtling towards Lindri with her staff extended forward. Zagr snorts while frowning, but doesn't get any more words in before Rudara's departure. The Conqueror and the Godhead are flying towards each other. The screeching gets louder and louder. An epic clash is sure to ensue. It's about to happen. It's happening! Actually, no. Rudara just heard a crack and accidentally rammed into someone's flesh and that someone plummeted towards the ground, but that wasn't Lindri. It was... a different vampire siren apparently. Because the thing she heard cracking was the aether itself. Between Lindri calling forth the cannon from beyond it, a portal opening for the Arm of Cruelty, and Rudara's reshaping beam, it has been subject to enough stress that Lindri's armies, most of whom had been trapped there by Kalev during their competition on the plane known as the Racecourse, managed to break it open.
They're everywhere. Everywhere. The sky has barely any breathing space left into it. And the majority of them are heading towards Sanaerti. Lindri decided this is it. It's the right time to take down the biggest obstacle to her conquest of the plane. Or is it?

The most frustrating obstacle in the way of her conquest of the plane, and its most desired milestone, had vanished just when it was about to be in her grasp.
...
Fine.
This was not defeat.
At the Conqueror's command, all the shock and confusion that had resulted in the aerial hordes from the disappearance of the city was erased.
The rest of this plane would still have to learn how to know war, after all. She would have to show them.
And they would learn hatred. Towards the one who let all of this happen.
They would have to learn both well enough, that if Rudara ever dared to show up again, they would make her pay.

The place looked as if it had been plucked from the ground it had been built on, grass only just growing over the displaced dirt and rubble that had been left behind. Yet...these plants returned far too quickly for such a traumatic remodeling of the landscape. Who is Rudara?
Locations
The doors of secrecy have been closed. All shall know the one who controls this city.
The Story So Far{Story 01 - Score 200: The Sinking Feeling}
For the first time since she had found herself on this world, Rudara was content.
Not entirely, of course. No one was truly content: whatever subconscious memories she had indicated this truth. The moment one had fully found everything they wanted in life was the moment they had no reason to live anymore. At least to Rudara.
But she found some measure of this emotion in her current surroundings. Behind a wall beneath a building in some hidden corner of this city, Rudara had a place of her own. It was a place for her to work, a place for her to rest, and most importantly, a place for her to conspire.
In the short time she had come to this world, a dozen or so had flocked to work under her wing, all from various professions. Whether they saw her as a powerful figure, an opportunity to get rich, or an incarnation of a deity, she knew only the uppermost specifics. Some would claim she hadn’t done enough to know her employees. Rudara would say she knew enough to act against them, should they attempt to work against her.
As everyone knew, information was a weapon in the right hands, but Rudarah had more than just information at her disposal. She had her own set of skills, skills that were only growing with each day.
Eventually, she reasoned, the city would be hers. One way or the other.
- Rudara has gained Renowned Spy! {Story 02 - Score 400: Pondering } Rudara’s time since her last moment of introspection had been busy, to say the least. The longer she spent learning of this world, engaging its inhabitants, observing its oddities, and speaking with the ‘visitors,’ the more she realized a simple, innocuous fact. She was not alone.
A two-sided coin, to use a turn of phrase. Rudara knew that, unopposed, she would eventually be able to reveal herself in full to the population, and become their new icon of worship. Those who resisted her godhood would easily be crushed, the old gods assimilated, downplayed, and forgotten, and her rule would claim this world for herself.
Even before this revelation, she knew that she would have enemies, those who likely had learned of her already, and had begun their own schemes to counteract her plans. But they were inconsequential, predictable mortals, pawns of pawns who dressed themselves enough to believe they were kings. They would not go quietly, and Rudara would have not denied them this.
But now she had come to term with two facts. One, there were visitors from outside of this world, who frequented it, regularly interacted with its inhabitants and poisoned them with their ideas. Two, these visitors had their own vested interests in the plane, at least two had confessed their interests extended beyond just themselves.
These were the unpredictable factor in her path to ascension, there was no need to further elaborate. And yet...the fact that things would not proceed as smoothly as she has planned was…
Exciting.
- As her resolve grows stronger, Rudara's CMC level goes to 4! {Story 03 - Score 600: Forward Momentum} Rudara was not a war tactician. Tacticians worked under the premise that they had limited resources and limited information, no matter the obvious advantage they had over their enemy. Even the slightest bit of information on either side of a conflict could change the outcome of the encounter, and levy any disadvantage into advantage. Rudara only had a limited amount of information. Information was not spun from the Aether at her whim. Information was not forged from the strongest metals and crafted into metaphorical blades. Information was not limitless, and to presume an aura of omnipotence would only doom her in the end.
Resources, on the other hand, were quite abundant. Day in, day out, another soul came to her cause. Those who had first come under her employ in dark alleys, for profit or faith, now spoke her name in reverence. Either in service of the lip or service of the faith. Rudara’s influence was spreading from beneath the city, and into its upper echelons. Unrest was growing, faith was wavering, and eventually, she would have her city, and the ability to do with it what she pleased.
But Rudara, now surrounded by tomes, sketches, writings, and more, still lacked information. It was the one advantage her foes, be they local or a planeswalker, still could weigh over her. No matter how much effort she put beforehand, even the smallest hidden secret could change the outcome of any encounter.
Rudara closed her tome, and put it back on the table. She allowed a single sigh to escape, and put a hand to the bridge of her nose. One of her agents had made the gesture in her presence, and she could understand the need for it.
She had plenty of work left to do.
Rudara has gained +1 Mastery: Instants!
{Story 04 - Score 900: Trials and Tribulations} High above, from the tallest building in the Sanaerti, Rudara watched as the city, no, her city, reacted to her surprise visitation. Technically, she hadn’t appeared in person. But a voice a flame of purple fire was enough to convince some people outright. And what that hadn’t accomplished, the many devoted voices throughout the city were doing more. Yes, they had done many things for her from the start. All of her original agents now believed, one way or the other, in her divinity, and those who still didn’t had politely, but firmly, been replaced by more ardent members.
Below, the burning of her purple flames throughout the city had gotten the message across to anyone who was still ignorant of her. Something major was happening, and those who did not adapt would find themselves sinking beneath the tide of her influence.
Behind her was a battalion of the finest soldiers in the city, all awaiting orders. The previous owner of her current occupation had politely decided to exit once Rudara had appeared before him. He hadn’t believed in her until she had stepped into his home, and he would leave, not believing in her. It mattered not. She was the one with the power here. The time of living in the undercity was over. Here, she was a god. A god who deserved a palace right for her to live in. Where she would observe her domain from the highest tower of the highest city of all the land. Rudara, as rarely as ever, smirked, seeing something of interest in the ordered chaos below.
It seemed more than just the expected people had arrived to participate in her trials. The strangers from other worlds. Unpredictable, but not necessarily uncontrollable. She made a gesture to her guards. There were preparations to be made.
And celebrations to be had.
She was, after all, about to make her grand appearance. {Story 05: The Godhead is Here} Rudara stepped out into the afternoon sun, the orange rays of the ending day still strong despite their master’s descent into the horizon. Below her, the goddess heard a mix of gasps and cheers as she revealed herself to the people of the city. The goddess gave a small smile, taking in how her imagery had covered this vast city that had once been ignorant of her identity, of her power, her influence over this world.
She looked over the amassed crowd, many of whom were now cheering her name as she blessed them with her presence. Rudara was more than a figure to these people now. She was a living, breathing icon to be emulated, worshipped, and cherished.
Now she had but one task. To lead the people who followed her and those who would follow her even without praising her name.
She was inevitable. Sanaerti was awash in her image, and soon, the plane at large would witness her and all she would offer to the mortals of this realm.
She would be their Godhead. (Art by Josu Solano)

The frigid wind of the northern regions of the Arena clawed fiercely at the small campsite, figures wrapped in heavy cloaks huddled around the fire to receive whatever warmth they could derive from the feeble flame. A crunch in the snow caught their attention, their heads turning before they scrambled to attention, dropping anything and everything they had been holding before. At the periphery of the camp a woman had appeared, dressed likewise in furs and other clothing, yet of higher quality. The woman didn't seem to need them however, as she gave not a shiver even as the men before her freezed in their boots. Her retinue behind her likewise, was lacking the apparent notice of the cold. "Mistress Taunbir! We weren't expecting you so soon!" "Spare me the pleasantries. Report." The woman's voice was like cracking ice, sharp and direct, enough to make the man wince as he hurriedly cleared his throat. "You were correct, as expected. We scouted the nearby mountains, and none of it is like our own. If I may be blunt, we seem to have found ourselves on another world." The woman gave the smallest 'hmph' at the information, walking past the men to the other side of the camp, looking over a nearby cliff. "So we are indeed." The woman turned to her men, eyes not even bothering to observe her retinue in the same glance. "Continue scouting find someone or something worth talking to, and find our bearings here. If we're lucky, there will be somewhere besides this frozen mountain we can put a flag down."
The men quickly nodded and scurried across the camp, collecting their tools and weapons as Urd left them to their business. Her retinue followed her as they left, one particularly imposing figure, lacking hands but instead having a pear of clean, elegant hooks, moved towards the woman.
"You seem confidant we will find something of use out here, Urd."
"Durgaz, you and I both are aware of how mercenaries think. They'll follow any order if there's the promise of wealth and comfort at the end. Besides..."
"If this truly is a new world as I believe, we won't have to worry about the Council getting in our way."
Urd has Entered the Arena!

All around are the remnants of a city many would remember as being the host of the one they called The Godhead. It had risen quickly to prominence, and now it was gone in the blink of an eye. The place looked as if it had been plucked from the ground it had been built on, grass only just growing over the displaced dirt and rubble that had been left behind. Yet...these plants returned far too quickly for such a traumatic remodeling of the landscape. Perhaps there is power here yet.
Whoever had done this knew what they were doing. Wasn't just some chaos spell Lindri had cooked up. Rudara had done this, and no doubt, she'd be back eventually. Innocuous Signs - 10/10

In the cold north, if Urd has some kind of explorers or guard patrols in the woods, they may find a black cat sitting on top of a sword, with his eyes closed and without making any movement, still, as the snow falls over him.Thoughful Cat Creature - Cat Monk Trample Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, put a +1/+1 counter on ~. ~ can't attack or block unless its power is 6 or greater. Doer stood still, something never seen before.1/1

mrlozano The scouts observed the cat from a few feet away, snow collecting on their shoulders as they contemplated the sight before them. They were silent for a few moments longer before one of them spoke up. "You think this is the kind of thing we're supposed to be looking for?" "It's a cat on a sword, I don't suppose there's anything else interesting around here to find," spoke another of the group. "Tis not that surprisingly honestly. Khert did that last time I saw her before the whiskered bint joined up with them crossbow lads," interjected a third. The scouts caroused for a minute more before one of them hushed the group, a tall, veteran warrior wielding an aex with an incredibly long haft. He looked over the group before stepping towards Doer, a fierce look on his face. "Hey. Do you talk or what?" {Response Card - Hinterlands Marauder} Thoughtful Cat: Neat, reminds me of Lambholt Pacifist, and this becomes a monstrous 6/6 very early on against the right deck. 9/10

With a flashy move the cat dissapears before the man's eyes. A scream comes from the squad's backside. A man falls to the ground, with his throath ripped and the blood in it, frozen, without a drop spilled. The cat licks the sword and jumps towards the leader.Cold Blood Sorcery Destroy target creature. Put two +1/+1 counters on up to one target creature you control. Hinterlands Marauder: I don't really buy the block alone part, otherwise it's nice. 7/10EDIT - Btw, I hope that killing a random guy doesn't feel a lot like godmodding. If that's the case, I apologize in advance. :3

mrlozano As the cat leaps in the air, frost suddenly and viciously begins to cling to the feline's fur, slowing it in mid-air and giving the axe-wielding warrior a chance to move out of the way. The scouts, initially surprised, now spread out their formation, weapons drawn and pointing at the aggressive feline. At the perimeter of the clearing, a new person, hiding behind a tree, has their hand extended in the direction of Doer. {Response Card - Dreadchill Sorcerer} Cold Blood: Not sure how the flavor works on this, but I like the effect overall. 8/10

Sword in had he feels the cold. "Forget the rage. Embrace the cold. Be one with the ice, Doer." The cat jumps like a flash, killing two more warriors, without even moving the snow. But the sorcerer's spell is working, as he leaves a flank open after completing his move.Melting Dart
Sorcery ~ deals 2 damage to target creature. If that creature is snow, ~ deals 5 damage to it instead. "You will melt, like ice below the summer sun." Dreadchill Sorcerer: I like this, but I'm not sure if it needs three creature types. 9/10

mrlozanoThe flank was soon exploited by another one who could move without disrupting the snow. Stepping quickly over the top, a warrior rushed forward, the wind and ice howling around him as he rushed forward and slashed down on Doer, bringing with him every ounce of frozen strength he had. {Response Card - Snowcloaked Immortal} Melting Dart: Decent, I like it. 8/10

He moves, quick like a tornado, not controlled like before but angrier, with frenzied rage. "Screw you, meowstard!" The cat throws his weapon to one of the warriors, turns it into a small axe in the middle of the air and jumps, claws ready, to the face of the man who hurted him.The weapon will continue it's circular trajectory until it returns to Doer's paw or until one of the warriors stops it. With their body.Burning Fury Sorcery ~ deals 1 damage to any target. Repeat this process X times. Snowcloaked Immortal: I like the idea but the first ability needs an "if" and a prevent damage clause, like Phyrexian Hydra. The removing counters part is neat, though. Also, this is a three mana 4/4 with upside in black. I think it needs to cost at least 5? 6/10

mrlozano The warrior who had dared to harm Doer raises their sword defensively and slicing towards Doer, backing up away from the ferocious feline. There were several dead already, this encounter was not worth continuing. The axe managed to find a way to stop, burrowing into the chest of one of the meeker members of the party, who had conveniently also been carrying a standard of some kind. They looked down at their chest, before collapsing, the flag falling to the bloody snow. The cry for retreat was yelled, and anyone who could still walk ran, and if they couldn't tried anyway. Even the warrior Doer was currently attempting to maul tried to retreat once he had made his movie. {Response Card - Enlisted Decoy} Burning Fury: Neat. Like Fireball but less weird about how it targets. 9/10

The cat lets them flee, then closes his eyes and returns to his original posture. The news about the encounter may reach the ears of powerful people, but the cat doesn't care. Soon after, he opens his eyes and dissapears.Enlisted Decoy: I like this take on the Flagbearer ability and I think it's pretty flavorful. 9/10

Vern just kinda sorta shows up after a turn on an icy mountain road. "Oh, hey, it's you guys. The Matriarch people, eh? How's it hanging?"
Turn in the Road (‽) Instant Choose one — • Tap or untap up to two target creatures. • Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest in your graveyard.

The mercenary that had begun to make their way across the plane suddenly are recalled, returning to the cold north from which they had appeared from nowhere. They return, and disappear as soon as they had arrived. Rumors of a castle that had appeared in the north soon fade, no one finding the rumored fortress.
Urd has retreated from this world...for now.
((Urd has been nulled. All threads and encounters with her are being terminated.))
