These are ~60 non-land cards for a fully made-up "6" color Commander-like Sliver Deck.
The idea of this deck is to make the effects I like the most in MTG into Sliver cards, and play in a commander-like casual format vs. friends.
Many of these cards are pushed in power (think that each one could be mythic rare in power-level), the reason for this is that the meta I play in is not exactly commander legal, its casual but competitive aiming for epic results in game play. We allow repetition up to 4 of cards, planeswalkers as commanders, lower deck count than 100, and have no restrictions/banned cards... So the deck will face Moxes, Balance, Black Lotus, early Griselbrand, Ugin, the Spirit Dragon, etc... thus the reason for the power creep.
Also the idea of the deck is to have multiple players against it ... its a casual format so it is fun to have the Slivers be the "bad-guy" from the start. Usually against three players
