Following notes:
Ratings are important for character progression, so I need one of those. Also, you want your design responses to interact with the "attack", either disrupting it if it's an attack or utilizing it if it's a gift.

"There is an organization called the Seventh Circle Initiative that may have answers to your questions if I cannot answer them."
A Destined Meeting appears to be the wrong type, since it suspends into a permanent so won't actually do anything without a trigger.
(Also suspending requires spending a point to purchase a nonevergreen keyword, and the card doesn't actually interact with mine... at all? Which is something you might want to keep in mind when making responses, and I'll hold off on rating until then so the card can receive an actual rating.)
Re: Investigate, it can target yourself or a teammate so it'll always be card advantage for your team, and also provides some nice artifact tokens.
