Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! At the end of each week, a winner will be determined by forum poll. The winner's card will be rendered and featured on the Welcome page, and the winner decides the challenge for the next week's Contest! Here we go, competitors: our two-hundred and fifty-first challenge! The winner of the "Unconventional Victory" poll was fluffydeathbringer with...And the challenge issued by our winner was... - Roll a number between one and seven. Your card's card type is equal to the result on the following scale.
- Artifact
- Creature
- Enchantment
- Instant
- Land
- Sorcery
- Planeswalker
- Roll two numbers between one and six. Your card's color identity is the combination of the results on the following scale. (A card's color identity is the mana symbols in its mana cost and rules text. Mana symbols in reminder text aren't included.)
- White
- Blue
- Black
- Red
- Green
- Colorless
- If you didn't roll a land this way, roll a number between one and ten. Your card's converted mana cost is equal to the result.
- If you didn't roll a planeswalker this way, roll a number between one and four. Your card's rarity is equal to the result on the following scale. (You can make a nonmythic planeswalker, but it won't be getting my vote .)
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Mythic rare
To increase your chances of winning and to also make creating the poll easier on whomever is doing so, please try to use a render. Additionally, please try to keep your entry edits all in one post - if you need to change it you can put your old entry in a spoiler marked "Old entry" and leave the newest rendition to be seen. Just use the edit button in the top/right of your original post. And now, time to begin the challenge! Best of luck, competitors!

I highly recommend rolz.org for random number generation. And here I thought every normal household had an extensive dice collection for situations like this.

2-creature 6- 4- 5-cmc 1-
Extra-Spacial Grotesque Creature--Eldrazi Goblin When Extra-Spacial Grotesque becomes blocked, you may sacrifice it and another colorless or red permanent. If you do, the player or planeswalker Extra-Spacial Grotesque was attacking is dealt damage equal to the converted mana cost of the other permanent sacrificed this way. (This damage has no source.) ------------------------ Goblins'll bang anything, it seems. 3/3

And here's my entry!
Unity is a mechanic I came up with a while back already, but I really wanted to reuse it here. Also I know Agility exists, but for once I don't care much about it

So a common enchantment with CMC 3. Gwyllion's Gift Enchantment — Aura When ~ enters the battlefield, you gain 2 life if was spent to cast it, and target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn if was spent to cast it. (Do both if was spent.)Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has lifelink.

tfw you accidentally put sorcery and planeswalker in the wrong alphabetical order in your cotw and only notice after people have already rolled Tbh I didn’t notice they were supposed to be in alphabetical order. I just thought you put planeswalker last because of the additional rarity clause you added.

1: Planeswalker 2: 3: 4: I rolled a Planeswalker, so I didn't roll for this. {My Submission} Meet Reshi. I have been thinking on an idea for a Griffin Rider Planeswalker for some time now, so I decided to try designing one for this contest as everything just sorta fell into place.

I rolled Enchantment, and , , and converted mana cost 1. Edit: changed the wording on the ability so the tap down effect can't be used on an opponents creature which isn't black/green.
