Mebbe just to clarify, you should add "in addition to their other effects." Love this innovation of Sagas, btw. This does beg the question of what happens when the inevitable 2 chapter Saga shows up. Why not just have it read, "Whenever you sacrifice a Saga, draw a card?" This would iron out a lot of the rules issues I feel. Even better, look to Chromatic Sphere and Chromatic Star for the ultimate fix: Whenever a Saga you control leaves the battlefield, draw a card.

Arion, the Carpet of Death Legendary Creature--Slug Trample Each Ooze creature you control and each other Slug creature you control get +1/+1 and have trample and haste. Whenever you attack with one or more creatures that are an Ooze or a Slug, create an X/X black, red, and green Ooze creature token that’s tapped and attacking, where X is the number of Ooze permanents you control plus the number of Slug permanents you control. Sacrifice an Ooze: Attacking creatures gain deathtouch until end of turn. Partner 3/5
Bet you didn't expect Ooze/Slug tribal!

While looking throuugh Kaldheim spoilers - especially the Sagas - I came up with this: Wall of Text Creature - Wall Affiity for wordy (This spell costs 1 less to cast for each wordy permanent you control. A permanent is wordy if it has four or more lines of rules text.)Defender, flying, hexproof When Wall of Text enters the battliefeld, you have 40 seconds to read its abilities (including reminder text) out loud without a mistake. If you do, you may return target wordy instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand. Otherwise, sacrifice Wall of Text. Whenever you cast your third wordy spell each turn, you may return Wall of Text from your graveyard to your hand. 0/7 At first I made it 30 seconds, then I tried it out. Possible, yet more stress than I want to create with this.

Venerated Gravebonder Creature - Human Cleric First strike When Venerated Gravebonder dies, exile target creature until Venerated Gravebonder leaves the graveyard. : Return Venerated Gravebonder from the graveyard to its owner’s hand. Only any opponent may acticate this ability. 3/2 EDIT: sdfkjgh agreed.

Flo00: Very nice, but it feels more like a Cleric than a Wizard. Someone dedicating their life to keeping evil sealed in a can, then sacrificing themself to maintain the seal is very much a Cleric thing.

Another card designed in my sleep:
Sinter Instant This spell deals 2 damage to any target. If that target is an artifact, put two +1/+1 counters on it.

Hard to believe this exact name hasn't been taken yet.
Mortuary Theft Tribal Instant--Warlock Rogue Return target creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. ------------------------------------------------- “Don’t mind me, just borrowing this corpse for...reasons.”
Delve players are gonna love this:
The Immortal Undead Creature--Zombie When The Immortal Undead is exiled from a graveyard, return it to the battlefield under its owner’s control. 3/3

Inspired by this post:
Action Simulator Artifact Tap an untapped permanent you control: Put a charge counter on Action Simulator. Whenever you’d tap an untapped permanent you control to pay a cost, activate an ability, or attack, you may instead remove a charge counter from Action Simulator.
EDIT: Flo00: There, is that better?:
Action Simulator Artifact Tap an untapped permanent you control: Put a charge counter on Action Simulator. Whenever you’d tap an untapped permanent you control to pay a cost, attack, or activate an ability that isn’t a mana ability, you may instead remove a charge counter from Action Simulator.

It lest you tap all your stuf for mana, save that mana for future turns and kind of grants all your creatures vigilance once you get it going. And it goes infinite with Argothian Elder/ Ley Weaver.

For some reason when I woke up this morning, this came to my mind: Emrakul, Truth Unraveled Legendary Creature - Eldrazi Flying Emrakul, Truth Unraveled has hexproof as long as it’s not attacking. Whenever Emrakul deals combat damage to a player, if this is the first time a creature named Emrakul, Truth Unraveled deals combat damage to that player this game, they skip their next turn. You may play Eldrazi cards you own in exile and from outside the game. 14/14 Maybe that means the invasion is already on it's way?

Curse of Bounty Enchantment--Aura Curse Enchant player As long as a creature is attacking enchanted player or a planeswalker that player controls, that creature gets +3/+3 and has deathtouch and trample. Whenever a creature attacks enchanted player or a planeswalker that player controls, you and that creature’s controller each create a Treasure token.
I wanted to name this Cosmic Horror, but that was already taken:
Horror from Beyond Creature--Vampire Hydra Ooze Horror Splashdown X (When a creature with splashdown X enters the battlefield, it deals X damage to each other creature. When a noncreature permanent with splashdown X enters the battlefield, it deals X damage to each creature.) Haste, trample, first strike Horror from Beyond enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever a creature dealt damage this turn by Horror from Beyond dies, return it to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step. It is a black Vampire Zombie Ooze Horror in addition to its other colors and types. 0/0

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a bit a guidance regarding a set I am working on. The lore of the set is a plane that is taken up by a large mountain, and the various inhabitants of the mountain mine the mountain for AEther crystals and rare rocks and gems. I have a some creature types that cover certain colors, but I am having trouble coming up for a creature type that would be mountain dwelling and utilize blue mana, and one for black mana. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? Thanks ahead of time for any contributions!

For blue you could do sirens, harpies, or aven that resemble mountain-dwelling birds, and faeries can live basically anywhere. Gnomes are another option. For black there's always vampires, and ratfolk or gorgons could also work. This is just existing creature types, so you could make some up too.

Since this is an Aether economy, it’s the perfect place to bring back Aetherborn

Doomcaught Seer - Creature - Spirit Shaman When Doomcaught Seer enters the battlefield, you may search your hand, graveyard, or library for a nonland card and exile it with 13 time counters on it. It gains suspend. When Doomcaught Seer attacks, remove a time counter from target card in exile. 2/1 Boros card advantage! Kinda! Honestly, I think could be the "cares about exiling things" color pair.

2:40p, 2/10/21--Thinking about the oft-used (at least by Evan Erwin) phrase: "He could win just by showing up with a ham sandwich."->"You win the game if ten or more spells were cast before this spell this turn."->
"Choose one. If one or more spells were cast before this spell this turn, choose the corresponding modes-- • Bottom bread one or more spells--Gain 3 life. • Ham three or more spells--Draw a card, then proliferate. • Mustard five or more spells--Destroy target permanent, then exile target player's graveyard. • Top bread seven or more spells--You win the game."->
"Choose one for each spell that was cast before this spell this turn. You may choose the same mode an additional time for every two spells cast before this spell this turn."

Flo00 : Brilliantly playful use of the language of Magicese. This is one of those things that is so lenticular, so Un-, yet works so well, that one wouldn't be surprised to see it in regular sets. Although, it should prolly be a or even , as evidenced by Void Winnower.

The way I intend this to work is that it only affects cards that ask if the player can't and everything else works normally. So it's a very narrow field of use, that's why I made it . Also I don't think something like this would ever be printed even in an un-set because it raises too many uncertainties. The most probable place I can see this effect printed is somehting like the holiday gift cards or similar.

I gotta say, I'm loving these metaphysical Magic cards. I can just imagine the tournaments with them devolving into deep, philosophical debates on the nature of being, sort of like a reverse of that sketch.
Can we go even further, into 'Pataphysics?
Actually, if Flo00's Silencing Stone is meant as a reference to Null Rod's flavor text, that might already qualify as 'pataphysical.

Inspired by Arcades, the Strategist, this is what's needed, not Skyclave Apparition:
Prison Wall Creature--Wall Flash Defender When Prison Wall enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent until Prison Wall leaves the battlefield. 1/4
