cajun — I like Reyhsia, but the play pattern of +1 -> -3 feels too powerful for a two-drop walker, given that you can likely play all three cards the next turn, if your curve's suitably low. 8/10WindyDelcarlo — This is one heck of a combat trick. I don't like that this can be used as a power boost on the attack at the cost of freezing all your attackers, though. 8/10mrlozano — Speaking of hecks of combat tricks, this feels both kind of incongruent and also concerningly powerful. 7/10gurfafflekins — Cajun will rate your card. "EVERYONE STOP!" The burly scout shouts as he shoves his way to the clear space around Reyhsia, nodding to Aiden, "Thank you for your assistance, sir. If you wouldn't mind me asking the questions, as this is technically an internal investigation?" He turns to Hannah. "Miss Delcarlo-Nisita, I'm afraid we're well outside Master Sara's juris—wait. Tam, find the relevant clauses from our agreement with Linela. If we have to deport Reyhsia to Volaria, I want to know now instead of after we've broken a treaty." The elf nods, then dashes to a nearby console. Frode continues, "Now, what was that about a hat?" Enfys notices Rixos lurking at the edge of the crowd, then squints as she recognizes the arms dealer. She quickly taps out a message to the other agents present: Class 1 just arrived. Probably unrelated, but be on guard in case he interferes. As the echoes of the blast subside, Timotar feels the will of the Sun returning to him. With a shout, he fires a blast of light at the lock, and the door slams open. He steps out into the corridor, glancing at the devastation, then shrouds himself in radiance. He can't get to the other side of the station fast enough on foot. Time to fly.
Frode, the Sentinel Legendary Planeswalker — Frode Prevent all noncombat damage that would be dealt to Frode, the Sentinel. : Untap target creature. It gets +1/+2 and gains lifelink until your next turn. : Until your next turn, prevent all damage that would be dealt to target permanent. It gains hexproof and loses all other abilities until your next turn. (This is a response to Rixos, Hannah, and Reyhsia—all three of you should rate it.)

"I, uh--" Hannah staggers and straightens herself as she feels around her pockets for one of her vials of aether. "Mister... someone? Karina told me Miss Reyhsia was wearing a hat that was making her do bad things. Made her... evil." Hannah lightly retrieves a glass vial of a silvery white fluid, slides the cap off and drinks it.
Frode protecting other planeswalkers is really interesting. This is probably the power level that should be expected from a 3-mana planeswalkers? 9/10

Rixos realizes that things may be a bit more complicated than what he thought they would be and tries to move closer to the people he knows. Also, the agents of the 7CI seem to be concerned about him and he doesn't know why. Waiting will be the best for him.
Frode, the Sentinel: Seems okay for a two abilitiy planeswalker, but I don't see the second being that useful. Anyways, I think it's pretty balanced and works. 8/10

gurfafflekins Aiden, the Sun's Fang - some very specific hate for such a big lad. 4/5cyberchronometer Frode, the Sentinel - this is just so cool. the protection/hate of the last ability is lovely. 10/10 Karina's soldier friend towered over her, but the kindly face seemed to have disappeared in the few hours since Malextros. "Reyhsia. You have endangered the life of many people, and most of all the young woman Karina." What was left of my heart raced as I turned to look for Karina. She too seemed older and worn down, but unhurt. My breathing quickened. Had to calm down or I was going to die here. "What do you have to say for yourself?" What did I have to say for myself? I didn't even know how I had gotten here, let alone how I had endangered anyone. Despite the pain and confusion, anger was growing. Was this some sick joke everyone was in on? The man with the wandering spirits. Of course. She had trusted someone who betrayed Vijaya. Strike, bloodseer. Strike! My hand went to Aukashi, but someone had taken it. How had this happened so fast?"The hat's gone! Miss Reyhsia's not gonna hurt people anymore!"Even the little Nisita seemed to know more than I did. And I just got that back. Wait... anymore?"I am Hannah Delcarlo-Nisita of Entela. With Master Sara's permission, this person is under Entelan protection." "EVERYONE STOP!" Frode yelled from somewhere out of sight. "If you wouldn't mind me asking the questions, as this is technically an internal investigation?"
"Please." I finally croaked. "Can't... blood."
"Now, what was that about a hat?""Karina told me Miss Reyhsia was wearing a hat that was making her do bad things. Made her... evil."Karina stepped forward, holding her hat. It occurs to me this is the first time I've seen her not wearing it. As I close my eyes, it also occurs to me that there was something different about her bloodline. Something that couldn't be a joke or a misunderstanding.
Karina ~ 11
You have to tell them. You have to tell them or she'll die. "When I came to the Arena, I wasn't... me. Everything I did, everything I said, all of it was controlled by the hat. It was in my head, pretending to be me, and I couldn't stop it." Tears were covering my face, it was taking everything to stay standing. I couldn't let her get hurt.
"A few days ago, I finally got free. I couldn't tell everyone I was just a pile of lies. I couldn't lose the people who had helped me. When I did try to tell Reyhsia, it was already too late."
"This hat is a fake that the real one made. If you disenchant it, it's Reyhsia's real hat. The one she was wearing was the evil hat!"
"It's not her fault! Someone, please, help her!" I cried.
Karina, the Free Legendary Planeswalker - Karina Whenever you activate a loyalty ability of another planeswalker, put a loyalty counter on Karina, the Free. [-1]: Return target artifact, enchantment, or tapped creature to its owner's hand. [-8]: Reveal the top six cards of your library and separate them into two piles. An opponent chooses one of those piles. Play any of the cards in that pile without paying their mana costs, then exile the rest of the cards revealed this way. [3]
Karina has laid her cards on the table. Which path will be chosen for her this time?

"When I came to the Arena, I wasn't... me. Everything I did, everything I said, all of it was controlled by the hat. It was in my head, pretending to be me, and I couldn't stop it."My eyes widen as Karina talks. The hat... Master Sara told me about what happens when people lose control of themselves. We learned about it in class, how one day, a lot of years ago, someone from Entela had their memories taken from them, and it caused a war that killed almost everyone in the city. Would the hat have made Karina do bad things too? If she didn't get free?Karina's crying! No, no, no, you're not allowed to cry. I push my way back through the crowd of people and throw my arms around Karina. There's nothing I can really say... even though I want to say everything to make her feel better. "It's not her fault! Someone, please, help her!" I glance at Miss Rey. So much blood... are those holes in her body? What happened? Why is... I must be shaking terribly. What can I do? There must be something I can do... But... The restoration vials. I have them. Will they even work? Is it too late? I have to try. I can't let Karina be sad. I can't let Miss Rey keep bleeding like this. I move one of my hands down to my pockets while trying to continue making sure Karina is being hugged. One of these vials is the right one. I pull another one of my aether vials out. No, that's the wrong vial.
The bright yellow glow comes into my hand the second time. There! That one! "I, uh... I have this? I don't... really know how it works but it's supposed to help people not die when we get hurt. If I have time I can ask Mom...?"
Therian Restoration Serum Legendary Artifact At the beginning of your end step, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and a loyalty counter on each planeswalker you control. Sacrifice Therian Restoration Serum: The next time target creature or planeswalker would die this turn, instead exile it, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Aiden stops as Frode steps in front of him. He felt shameful for jumping to conclusions so fast. His eyes fade from their white glow. He listened as Hannah explained, and turned to Karina as she went in-depth. He listened, with shock. The rowboat... mayhaps he should have listened. He looked at Reyhsia and the commotion. He sniffed... blood. No, not here. Not now. He didn't know what to do. Could he so swiftly turn against his own anger? He looked to Karina and Hannah. Karina was in tears. He couldn't bear to see her like this. He sighed. This could very well get him killed on the spot, but it wasn't like he had much time left. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and suddenly a beam of light sprung from his palm and into Reyhsia. The PIF had no real effect on him -- all his mana bonds were on the Arena. Not that he knew anything was even in place like that. No, this is all wrong...Shaurisa, Reinvigorator Legendary Creature - Human Cleric Flash
When ~ enters the battlefield, prevent all combat damage that would be dealt to creatures or planeswalkers you control this turn, then you gain life equal to the damage prevented this way. Whenever you would be dealt damage, prevent 1 of it. "Fear not, Sunspear. You will live as of yet."3/3 Shaurisa, Reinvigorator has indestructible because of Aiden of Sunspear. You should kill her, soldier. But you do not.The beam hits Reyhsia blindingly fast, but as the Xirix would remember, it did not harm them. Instead, it sealed Reyhsia's wounds. She would not feel invigorated, merely... alive. Even with her lack of blood, her body began to repair itself faster than it could drain itself of blood, the beam pushing her into overdrive.(Flavored as... well, what it's flavored in the text, but is a standalone attack/gift depending on how 7CI agents react.)

So, Karina was crying, Hanah was making something with vials and Aiden seemed to be healing Reysha. Rixos looked at her. Even though she looked so... weak. Rixos approached her, unnoticed among the crowd. He kneeled and touched her. He could feel the crystal the soldier had given him vivrating. But he chose to ignore it. He took out of a pocket a black slime and put it on one of Reysha's wounds. The thing started sucking Rixos' blood and transferring it to Reysha. "Don't make me regret this. By the way, you owe me an apology. And money. I'm not going to forget the money."Rixos' Choice Instant Choose one: • Put X loyalty counters on target planeswalker. • Remove X loyalty counters from target planeswalker. The spell mimicking the traitor's heart broke. Her breaths grew farther and farther apart until they finally stopped completely. The soldier's magic began sealing her wound. Somewhere, a merchant was trying to push through a crowd.
From a million miles away, I felt Vijaya's hand reach out for mine. You have led an extraordinary life, mighty Reyhsia. Are you ready to lead another? I looked to my goddess, and gave her my answer...
Reyhsia is dead Tick tock, doc.?

A brilliant flash of light fills the room as Dr. Timotar Arueth arrives. Glancing at Reyhsia and the people surrounding her, he lands to kneel beside her. "Everyone get back. He's a doctor," Frode shouts, pushing away anyone who doesn't move. Dr. Arueth checks her pulse, finds it lacking, then closes his eyes, the light moving to surround her as well. "I'm sorry, my lady, but I'm afraid your disciple still has unfinished business in this life." Another hand reaches out beside Vijaya's. "Reyhsia, will you come back with me and make things right? Your little bandar needs your help."

Karina. I can't leave her like this. I look from the doctor to my goddess. "No. I'm sorry, but I can't leave yet. I have something I must take care of first." I took the doctor's hand.
Everything is pain. Why did I come back here?
Reyhsia is alive for now.

cajun — Karina, the Free: Another Karina, another weird gimmick. I like this one better than most of her non-loyalty abilities. 10/10WindyDelcarlo — Therian Restoration Serum: This is a bit odd as it needs to be legendary for balance reasons, not for flavor reasons. Still, I like both the abilities. 9/10gurfafflekins — Shaurisa, Reinvigorator: The lifegain in addition to the damage prevention seems like a bit much, honestly. 8/10mrlozano — Rixos' Choice: I like this design a lot, but it doesn't really feel mythic—I think I'd like it better at rare. (Also, sorry for how the 7CI agents are treating him; they don't get along well with arms dealers.) 9/10As Reyhsia's heart restarts, Timotar gets to his feet. "You," he says, looking at Reyhsia, "are suffering from severe blood loss and a transfusion will not be ready fast enough. BE RESTORED." He turns to the crowd. "Something has clearly gone horribly wrong here. MAY THE GLORY OF THE SUN BURN AWAY ALL DECEPTION AND LEAVE ONLY THE TRUTH. Now, will someone tell me what the f—" He glances down at the two children. "—heck is going on here?" As he speaks, a ring of light encircles the room, preventing all within its confines from lying.Timotar Arueth, Hierophant Legendary Planeswalker — Arueth : Exile another target permanent. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next upkeep. : Exile up to five target cards from graveyards. You may return a creature or planeswalker card you own from among them to the battlefield under your control. : You get an emblem with "Spells your opponents cast cost more to cast. Noncreature spells your opponents cast cost more to cast." This is a response to gurfafflekins (the — let's make sure nobody dies), mrlozano (the — Rixos isn't going to get to do his sketchy first aid when there's a real doctor here), WindyDelcarlo and cajun (the — Karina isn't ulting until Tim has a zone of truth and a better idea what's going on here), and the goddess Vijaya (the — Reyhsia still has work to do, you're not reincarnating her yet). All of you should rate it, though I don't expect to get a rating from Vijaya as she has far more important things to be doing.

Your opponents are casting noncreatures never, and creatures only sometimes. The card's cool and flavorful, but I'm pretty sure white's not supposed to be able to reanimate any creature or planeswalker. Mechanical Color Pie pretty specifically limits what it can reanimate. 7/10

Rixos steps back when the doctor approaches Reysha. The symbiote retracts over his arm but he puts it into a pocket and closes it. He might seem a little bit pissed (because having a moment of glory healing the woman would have helped his image to potential customers) but inside he is glad he hasn't had to heal Reysha: using the slime always leaves him exhausted. Without further ado he leans back to the wall. If/When he is asked he will say something like "The woman paid me with false coins and that's why I came here. For what I have seen I might not be the one with the greatests problems here. But she still owes me money. And an apology. She hurted my honor, and my families'." Anyways, he has made his own conclussions, so, porbably he won't take any actions against her. All depends on what happens now.
Timotar Arueth, Hierophant: I agree with WindyDelcarlo in that the -2 might be more a break than a bend in white. Anyways, the rest of the cards feel balanced, the ultimate is game winning but at -11, if you reach it, you deserve the win. 8/10

Aiden listens to the commotion - and another follower of the sun? He smirked. If only they could have spoken more in a better life. He looked to Karina and the young Ms. Nisita, allowing them to take the stage. He smiled at Karina, encouraging her to speak up. It was a reassuring smile. One that told her she was going to be okay, and so was everything. A smile filled with parental love and care. He smiled at her, and let her take center stage. You've got this, kid.Timotar Arueth, Hierophant: Seems neat. Like others have said, -3 feels a bit like a break but not too bad. Still, 7/10. cajun

Timotar Arueth, Hierophant - is very nice and i'm a bit softer on the white reanimate 9/10 "MAY THE GLORY OF THE SUN BURN AWAY ALL DECEPTION AND LEAVE ONLY THE TRUTH. Now, will someone tell me what the f—heck is going on here?"Reyhsia groaned at the noise. "I don't know." Karina ran to her side as multiple voices tried to explain what they knew. The finally looked back to Karina and her. "Ugh, look," Reyhsia said slowly. "I was finishing work after Malex. Someone handed me my hat and I put it on. Next thing I know I'm falling down here." She grunts as she tries to pull herself up to look at the crowd. "Alright, jacket boy. I've never met you before. Tell me what I owe you and you'll get it." "Lady Reyhsia..." one of the Xirix interrupted. "They are waiting on the child."She gave a pained smiled to Karina. Hannah and Aiden urged her on. Karina stood up nervously. Everyone was staring at her. She had to go through it all. Again. Again. She was shaking. "Everything'll be alright," Hannah whispered. She flashed a hopeful smile. "Don't worry."She took a deep breath. "In Festenya, I found a hat. A magic hat. When I put it on, it took over my head. It brought me here. Until a few days ago, it pretended to be me, and there wasn't anything I could do to stop it."She held up the trick hat. "This is Reyhsia's real hat. The magic hat made it look like this. When I finally got free, it made itself look like Reyhsia's so she would wear it and get stuck like I did."
"It's all my fault," she cried. "I wanted to tell everyone what happened but I couldn't. Everything everyone knew was a lie. If I had said what had happened, everyone would hate me. For the first time in years, I had friends, I had a home, I had a family. I couldn't lose it all. So I kept it a secret. And now... Reyhsia's... dying... because of me..." If she continued talking, no one could understand her between the sobs. The Life of Karina Oblay Enchantment - Saga (As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)I, II - Gain control of target creature for as long as you control The Life of Karina Oblay. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. "Thank you. Reyhsia, lay back down and don't exert yourself, you've been shot in the chest and that will take some time to heal even with this much magic.
Enfys, write up a Class 2 designation report on this magic hat. It's still out there, so work with the rest of your cohort to develop countermeasures for it.
Teagan, there's a dragon outside breaking things. Make it stop.
Rixos, come by tomorrow after everything's calmed down and we'll have some forms you can fill out to get reimbursed. You seem like a good kid but one of our agents is going to need to have a chat with you about how you're unintentionally harming people with your business dealings.
Speaking of good kids whose actions have unintentionally harmed people..." He turns to the two girls. "Hannah, your mother's worried about you. Go home. The Linelan government will probably have some questions for you; I don't much care if or how you answer them.
Karina, I don't have the authority to decide what'll happen to you in the long term. That said, the Initiative doesn't make a habit of burning agents after a single mistake. We've found that if we do, people are more likely to cover up their mistakes than to try and fix them. On the other hand, if I were you, I'd try very hard to make sure nothing of this sort happens again. You're suspended from field work until someone more important than me tells you otherwise. With the time you'd have spent on that, get Enfys to give you the reports on every case of a Class 2 successfully attacking the Initiative that you're allowed to access; I want you to report to me on what patterns you find in the weaknesses they exploited in their attacks.
Everyone, get out of here. I'm going to be down in the clinic with my patient and we are not to be disturbed unless the building is on fire. Aiden, Karina... you can stay if you want to. You're the closest to family she's got right now." mocandragon5 — Alimar, Slayer of the Wicked: Comparing Sunblast Angel, this should cost six or seven mana. 6/10Teagan, Dragonslayer Legendary Planeswalker — Teagan : Untap each creature you control. mocandragon5 — Blind Retribution: Wow. This is an incredibly satisfying removal spell. 10/10"Reyhsia didn't call in your debt of her own will—she was being controlled. She doesn't want you to continue with this." They seem oddly undamaged by Chrysoplei's attacks, continuing, "Seriously, please stop. I don't want to hurt you any more, and Reyhsia wouldn't want me to either."Teagan Markey, Scion Legendary Planeswalker — Teagan As long as Teagan Markey has seven or more loyalty counters on them, they're a 7/3 Human God creature with indestructible in addition to their other types. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to them except by unblocked attacking creatures. : Target creature gains menace and vigilance until your next turn. : Teagan Markey deals 3 damage to target creature and you gain that much life. If they're a creature, instead they deal damage equal to their power to that creature and you gain that much life. (Responds by being indestructible—boring, I know.) WindyDelcarlo — Diplomatic Summons: Hm, it's like Intellectual Offering but optional for the opponent? Not a huge fan of the political incentives this creates. 8/10"Eternity Project for Interplanar Development... your friend gave you some good advice. We do tend to take an interest in—wait, Entela? As in the one on Volaria? Have you talked to the Linelan Interplanetary Enforcement Unit about this yet?"(See Aiea below.) mrlozano — Formal Presentation: Neat card, if extremely weak. Has cool opportunities for outplaying your opponent in limited. 8/10"Ah, Mr. Ker, we've been expecting you. If you'd fill out these forms detailing precisely what was purchased and for how much... Reyhsia is in no condition to talk to you, I'm afraid, but if you'd like to share what the hat said to you we'd be happy to pass it on... Yes, now sign there and there... Now, before we reimburse you, there's a few things we need to talk about regarding your mercantile business. You sold something quite dangerous to someone with ill intent, and people died because of it—and this isn't the first time it's happened, though you're probably not aware of it. When you bring weapons to a plane that far surpass what's normally present there, when you sell an item that revolutionizes a plane's magical paradigm... people get hurt. And whether you see it or not, you're responsible, and we're the ones trying to clean up the mess you've left. Now, we're not trying to drive you out of business—we just want you to be a bit more careful. Don't sell things too much more technologically or magically advanced than what's available locally. We've got more detailed plane-specific guidelines we'd be happy to provide you with—you might even find some new markets for your goods in the process! Oh, and we'd really prefer you not sell to anyone on this list. We keep track of people with bad intentions on a Multiversal scale—you seem like a good guy, you wouldn't want to be responsible for someone committing a planar genocide with your wares. Well, here's your payment. I presume Ravnican Zibs are acceptable?"Aiea, Scheming Diplomat Legendary Planeswalker — Aiea : Create a 1/1 blue Rogue creature token. : Look at the top X cards of target player's library, where X is the number of token creatures that dealt damage to that player this turn. Put any number of those cards on top of that player's library and the rest on the bottom of that player's library in any order. : You get an emblem with "If a player would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, instead you create two 1/1 blue Rogue creature tokens." ( to unscry you, to win at diplomacy) gurfafflekins — Inquiry: Neat effect, but 2U doesn't draw you two cards at instant speed without filtration, let alone with. Would be great at . 8/10The orc scowls at the 'sunshine' comment. "Rettai's off-plane on other business. Deputy Chief Hana Cheyn's in charge around here until he gets back—but if you're here about Aiden, I'm the one you'll want to talk to."Kauriga of the Rooftops Legendary Planeswalker — Kauriga : Destroy up to one target artifact. Each player loses 1 life. : Exile the bottom two cards of each player's library. You can play those cards this turn. Add two mana in any combination of colors. : Target player discards two cards. (Takes away your card advantage or steals whatever you didn't select.)

"Yep, Entela of Volaria. And... I thought Arina said the Linelan Interplanetary Enforcement Unit disbanded." I tap my transceiver to check that. I'm not wrong, right? Deep Storage, Eternity Project, Interplanar Research, Linela...// Seiva mouths the words "Deep Storage", "Eternity Project", and "Linela"."Uh... yeah, 'disbanded in 373 with the rise of a new government'. That's, like... 8 years ago? So, uh... no, we didn't ask them first."Aeia makes so many rogues. I'm kinda concerned for Seiva's safety. 9/10 Governmental Collapse Sorcery Each player exiles all cards from their library, then shuffles the cards from their graveyard into their library. If you controlled a blue and black legendary creature as you cast this spell, scry X, where X is the number of cards in your library.

And lots of unfriendly ones too. I smirk, looking up at the orc, roughly a foot taller than me. "Shame. You know me so well though, Kauriga. Found his body in a small shack covered in internal third-degree burns. I suspect some sort of internal fire spell, but it doesn't look like foul play. Don't think a schmuck in armor like that goes down easy. Guarded by a little girl and another skirt, saw some weird stuff with her. Plan on giving her the third soon. I already have a couple leads and an idea on what to do with this one, but was wondering what else you could tell me about him." I said, taking a flask and popping the cork. "By the way, how's the vigilantism going? Break any laws lately?" I take a swig of my tiger's milk.Tip the Mitt Sorcery Each opponent reveals their hand. Draw a card. "C'mon, spill the beans, baby. You aren't going anywhere until you do."
Translations: skirt - slightly derogatory term for "woman" giving her the third - interrogating tiger's milk - any form of alcohol Tip the Mitt - Revealing information Kauriga of the Rooftops: +1 seems fine, might be able to get away with just opponents. -3 #1 Grenzo says part 1 is a thing BR does, but part 2 could just be BR ramp which feels a little weird. -3#2 seems really good for three mana, two cards can hurt a lot. 7.5/10 but practice what I preach so 8/10.

WindyDelcarlo — Governmental Collapse: Yep, this sure feels like a governmental collapse. Should probably check for "legendary creature or planeswalker," comparing to Entelan Erasure and the other Ultima spells. 9/10 It takes all Aiea's politesse to not show a reaction at that, but she does. "Is that so? I'll admit, I haven't been in touch with them recently, but I knew they used to handle that sort of thing in your area of the Multiverse. Well, in that case, I suppose it's us you'd be dealing with—we protect and inform planar travelers, prevent interplanar war and epidemics, that sort of thing. So, what exactly is this Eternity Project?"
They disband six years from now when their government collapses? Aiea recalls a file she once saw with contingency plans in case Linela breaks their agreement with the Initiative. Did/will we do that?Tyrantbane Finn Legendary Planeswalker — Finnegan : Tyrantbane Finn deals 1 damage to each of up to two targets. : Exile any number of cards from target opponent's graveyard, then look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of cards exiled this way. Put one of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. : Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater. If it's legendary, draw a card. gurfafflekins — Tip the Mitt: Sorcery speed Peek for 2, but it dodges player hexproof? That... is a card, strictly speaking, but it's not one I'd expect anyone to play, even in limited. 8/10"As it happens, the 'little girl' is one of Rettai's students, and Aiden's adopted daughter—she mentioned you were giving her some trouble. Now, I do happen to know some things that might be of interest to you—for one, he knew beforehand his time was up, but he didn't expect to leave a corpse behind. Left his spear with her, told her he'd be gone for a while, asked her to spend that night here. He clearly didn't expect her to walk in and find the body. And I've got another, possibly related mystery we'd appreciate your thoughts on—one of our engineers went missing in that area the same night."Karina, the Investigator Legendary Planeswalker — Karina Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls causes you to reveal or discard Karina, the Investigator from your hand, distribute three loyalty counters among one, two, or three target planeswalkers you control. : Each player draws a card, then you gain life equal to the number of cards you've drawn this turn. : Return target creature or planeswalker to its owner's hand.

"The Eternity Project's the plan for Entela to set up small research-habitation outposts in other planes and enable interplanar cooperation throughout as much of the multiverse as we can. Well, okay, I guess technically those are different projects, we're just starting them off. You know, making sure we avoid wars, know how to get Volarians to not die while off Volaria, find places where people wouldn't get pissed at us if we had people there."
Seiva glances at her transceiver again. "Specifically, this step's going to be testing methods of counteracting aether exhaustion, because one of our students happily decided to show us what happens when you don't pay attention to that sort of thing." Seiva looks out of the corner of her eye. "And, you know, talking to potential governments about interplanar cooperation, since Master Sara would really like to make that a thing."Woah, Tyrantbane Finn sees so many cards. I'm almost certain this wasn't intended, but I'm really glad this -3 can't kill Karina like I thought it did the first time I read it. (Funnily, also can't kill the aforementioned tyrant since her card in Linela the set is a 2/2 that spawns an army) 9/10 Cooperative Research Instant Cooperation (Any player may spend mana as though it were generic mana to cast this spell.)Each player who spent mana to cast this spell draws X cards.

"Is that so? Let me see her. I too wish for this fight to end as soon as possible, but if this is a trap..." Chrysoplei starts, before gesturing for the man to lead the way. Cautious Compliance Instant If target creature would die this turn, instead remove all damage from it, tap it and gain control of it. "if you swear to treat me better..." Teagan Markey, Scion - That is a combination of abilities... How do I rate this? I mean, it seems fine? I don't know, let's just go with... 8/10

I rolled my eyes. "Well, less giving her trouble, more wrong place, wrong time. I planeswalked here and found his body, left the scene to look for clues, and when I came back she was there. Then she cried more and more, and suddenly some venom-tongue dame came in and started singing to her. Long story short, weird stuff went down, and she tried to threaten me with a spear." I sighed. "And I also came here with this, speaking of your missing engineer - something tells me that schmuck wouldn't have had this." I say, reaching into my coat pocket and pulling out a small device with IT EATS on it. "Feels like some sort of clue to this whole thing. This look like your tech?"Lit Panel Artifact - Clue , , sacrifice ~: Draw a card. , , sacrifice ~: Target player puts the top three cards of their library into their graveyard. Karina, the Investigator: Static abilities on walkers are meh in general, this one seems fine, can whiff pretty easy. +1 feels weird but in color, -1 feels fine. Thing is it mostly feels blue, with the lifegain added to give it the white, but I assume you designed the abilities with some intent that it had to be white. 8/10. Translations: None this time really.

WindyDelcarlo — Cooperative Research: I quite like this join forces/assist variant. The card itself is cool, I guess? 9/10"If that's truly what you want, then I think our organizations will get along just fine. I'm going to have to consult with my superiors on this, but I'd guess we can work out an agreement that lets us supply you with useful information and helps make sure you don't leave a trail of unintended consequences in your wake that we have to clean up. In fact, our Station and your future outpost here would be an ideal place for us to coordinate that, at least in the short term!" And will give us a chance to figure out how to safely exploit the time difference before the rest of the Initiative gets in contact with you, she silently adds.Miranda, Chief of PR Legendary Planeswalker — Miranda : Miranda deals 2 damage to target opponent and you gain 2 life. : Reveal the top two cards of your library. Exile one and you gain life equal to its converted mana cost, then put the other into your hand and you lose life equal to its converted mana cost. : You get an emblem with "Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, copy that spell. You gain life equal to its converted mana cost and may choose new targets for the copy." (Ult's the response here.) mocandragon5 — Cautious Compliance: Slick design, with good flavor-mechanics conformance. 10/10Inside, he finds Reyhsia being lifted onto a stretcher. After a quick explanation of the situation, she replies, "Oh, gods, elf guy, I've never met you either. Just stop, and we'll call it whatever debt it was settled, okay?"Reyhsia, Dazed and Confused Legendary Planeswalker — Reyhsia Whenever you cast a nonlegendary spell, remove two loyalty counters from Reyhsia. : Each player discards a card. Reyhsia deals 1 damage to each opponent. : Gain control of target creature. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. At the beginning of the next end step, unless it's legendary, its owner gains control of it. gurfafflekins — Lit Panel: I like the idea of nontoken clues, but I wish this didn't tap. 9/10"Damn. That's his communicator—looks like he was trying to tell us something. Let's head back to the scene and you can point out where you found it—seems your assistance in my investigation's going to be useful after all. Oh, but if we run into any children, maybe let me talk to them?"Varrs, First Victim Legendary Planeswalker — Varrs When Varrs is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may put a planeswalker card with converted mana cost 3 or less from your hand onto the battlefield. : Return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand. : Varrs deals 1 damage to another target player or planeswalker.
