Tavil, Operations Specialist is fine as a card (I like planeswalkers with alternatives to plus abilities) but I'm failing to see how it responds to my challenge, I'm assuming you're using the creature killed by my card as fodder for the first ability in which case I'm sorry, but that doesn't get as much points (it may be a pet peeve of mine, but I prefer cards that deal with the challenge rather than with its consequences). 6/10.

cajun — Homeward Bound: Compared to Sunken Hope, which this is a stronger effect than, this seems massively undercosted. Six mana seems fair, probably. Still, it's a cool effect. 7/10

Neottolemo — Rapid Departure: I'll admit to having been concerned by the first sentence, but this actually turned out to be a quite slick Path to Exile variant. That said, given that it's a Path variant, it likely ought to be uncommon. 9/10

The spirit nods to Hyle as she departs, then turns to her companion. "High Builders? Do you know who that refers to?"
Tam shakes their head. "No idea, but I bet Enfys does. I'll head down to the archives and pick her brain, then get you up to speed tonight."

ThatDamnPipsqueak — Grim Temptation: This is an absolutely beautiful self-hoser in the style of Gainsay. Consider suggesting Tumbles include it in his self-hoser cycle. 10/10

WindyDelcarlo — Expansive Research: Not especially exciting or innovative, but a solid cantrip. Some people might find the selective mill unfun; I'm not one of them. 9/10

The young monk nods to her. "Well, you've found one. As for Kirino Oblay? Yes, we're quite concerned about her. She's destroyed a plane in the past and shown indications of having an inclination do so in the future. She's also been trying to provoke people into killing her, for as yet unknown reasons. Furthermore, we've had a recent albeit unconfirmed report of her assaulting one of our agents. In any case, she's here in the Arena and likely the greatest local threat; we have her under surveillance. I'd advise avoiding direct confrontation with her, as she is both extremely durable and capable of causing massive collateral damage. Is there anything in particular you're trying to learn?"

notdaedalus — Solar Panel: An eminently bland but well-balanced design. 8/10

Severin examines the panel, then throws his head back in maniacal laughter, only stopping when Rettai glares at him. "Sorry, boss. I just... it's a solar panel. It's a completely ordinary solar panel. That's it. I think the bot's drastically underestimated the kind of technology we have access to, or we've overestimated what we can be getting here—if Zero's home plane still uses solar panels for power they're a 7 tops, or Zero's deliberately giving us obsolete tech."
Rettai turns back to Base Zero. "As for your terms... blood samples from my agents? Unrestricted access to the same student of mine you just demolished my facade trying to kill? Do you think I'm an idiot? No, here's the new deal—if I see you trying to attack or harass any of my students or agents again, or if I catch you trying to technologically uplift a plane, I'll have Severin here disassemble you to figure out how your spark works. Now get out of my base, Zero."

WindyDelcarlo — Suspension of Life: We haven't gotten a one-sided mass -1/-1 until EOT for less than , much less a mass -1/-1 counter, much less with an effectively unconditional exile stapled to it. In short, while this is a cool design, it's a bit too pushed developmentally. At , I'd love it. 8/10

"I won't try to stop you, then, but you're going to need a lot more firepower than that. To use a comparison that might be familiar to you as a Volarian, she could likely survive an Entelan core overload at point-blank range with only moderate injuries. In addition, I'd suggest luring her onto an uninhabited plane if possible; as I said, planar-scale collateral damage is a concern. As far as her capabilities, beyond what we've mentioned... access to blue and red mana. Both tactical- and strategic-scale pyromancy, preferring but not limited to the explosive sort. Empathic abilities including mind-reading, emotional manipulation, natural and unnatural mental influence, and enhanced social abilities. Political savvy with an anarchist/populist bent, enhanced by the aforementioned empathic power. Manipulation and disruption of other mages' mana. Physical near-invulnerability. And, apparently, she wants to die but is unable to, despite the amount of firepower available to her."

I'm never quite certain about how to balance two mana planeswalkers. I think this plus is too much at 2? Since it's a curious obsession that keeps getting bigger and has other upsides, and that card is nuts. 7/10

"I recall hearing an explosion a few days back involving a little girl wearing a rather... interesting hat - the hat is of notable interest to me, seeing that it might help me to find evidence of who caused the explosion. So, if possible, would you mind if I could talk to Karina for a moment?"

Okus: Very Okus. I like how -1 kinda favors a superfriends deck. Should be fine. 9/10. 

"Well, can't say I didn't try."

In reality, the robot had underestimated the technology that those arrayed against them would display. Still, no matter. While the blood samples would have made things easier, it was no matter. It would just mean the plan would take longer. And Base Zero was nothing if not patient.

"It was a pleasure doing business with you, but now I must go. Thanks for the offer of the deal, but I will be just fine."

It paused.

"Oh, and don't bother coming after me. I think I shall be gone for a while. Still, I guess it is only polite to leave you with some information. You see, I am aware of the fact that only organic beings can spark."

It turns to planeswalk away, and a hint of smugness enters it's synthesised voice.

"So what do I have?"

The fox Rian says he was a florist, and he doesn't know anything about the Arena. He's practically a citizen in a war zone out there, and I'm not even sure he knows he's on a different plane yet."

Fleur — Kamori Chart: It's not very often that I'm wowed by a mana-rock; I generally think of them as useful but unexciting. This is an exception on a level I think I haven't seen since Chromatic Lantern. 10/10

korakhos — Ominous Guest: This feels like a solid core set rare; cool without being complex, exactly the sort of thing I'd expect to see in an intro deck. 9/10

Aeia pauses for a moment, certain she recognizes the name from somewhere, then is hit by a flash of realization. "Hello, Malextros, welcome. I didn't interact with Aylin myself, but if you'll wait here just a moment, I'm sure the Director would love to speak with you." She subvocalizes into the microphone specially adapted for her incorporeality, "Get the Director down here, now. We've got a Class 4 here who wants to talk to him about Aylin." Half a minute later, Rettai arrives, cigar gripped tightly between his teeth, and looks up at the armored figure. "I'm Director Ba'alzur. You don't know me, but I know you, and it's a pleasure to meet you at last. What warrants this occasion?"
