WindyDelcarlo — Intel Extraction: Extract colorshifted into the right color, stapled to Gitaxian Probe? Fair enough, though given Pick the Brain I'd say this could be uncommon. It doesn't seem all that useful, though, unless you're casting it repeatedly or hitting yourself with it to find a card that does things from exile. Disregard that last, I forgot this was Arina "exile-matters" Nisita. 9/10.

HonchkrowDavid — Blistering Test: Not bad at all. Its punisher nature likely keeps it from seeing significant play, despite the instant-speed discard. Speaking of, that's a thing one should try to avoid. Still, it's a slick punisher design, and I'm always a fan of those (though I prefer them in red). 8/10.

korakhos — Stone to Death: Efficient removal. Thanks to fetchlands, it's significantly better in a Modern-like format than a Standard-like one, much as Fatal Push was. Fortunately, it's far better balanced than Fatal Push. 9/10

The chains appear in Rettai's hands once more, then flick forward, knocking each stone from the air. "I ought to be able to give you a decent spar at least, though, so as to not waste your time entirely."

Either a threat that dodges your removal, or an ult that turns it off.

Britt: mmmmMMmmm two mana walkers  Other than the first ability being hard to keep track of (there's no reminder or indicator that you've used it) I like Britt. 10/10

On World-Scrivener Lochana: Solid goldwalker design. +1 might be a bit too powerful if you can mill into something huge, but I love the minus, it's like a Coiling Oracle out of the graveyard. 8/10.

Rettai: I like it, I was a bit afraid at first because I thought the 0 ability created a 3/3 dude, but it's a cool card. 10/10.

"Seriously? You come here with a mysterious aura, a cigarette, a devilish look and fancy clothes and you turn out to be a burocrat???!!! For crying out loud, I can't get a break from boredom!!!"

We prevent interplanar war and terrorism, rescue stranded planeswalkers from dimensionally-anchored or dead-magic planes, gather and disseminate information about what planes are safe or dangerous, and support a wide variety of research."
"Our local headquarters here at the Arena is focused primarily on training new operatives like Tam and I. The man who was in here earlier is Rettai Ba'alzur; he's in charge of recruitment and training, and temporarily acting as Director of the organization. Fleur — Sparktracker: Repeatable planeswalker stealing feels mythic, even at this high a cost; but I otherwise love the design. It's both a flavor win and a mechanical one. 9/10.

Tavil, the Saboteur: You seem to have a way with planeswalkers. I love this as a card, as a rensponse and the beautiful synergy among its abilities. 10/01.

Aylin's eye begin to twitch as she listens Rettai speak all his bureocratic mumbo-jumbo.
"Her name is Kirino" she replies once he's finally finished "And a good assassin doesn't need a reason, just a paycheck... My intentions with that woman are none of your damn business but I'll tell you this: that woman is unstable, and I think she can be a threat to all of us, especially your protegé..."
As she speaks this words, she studies Rettai's reaction hoping she struck a chord.
"Kirino seems particularly drawn to Karina, the girl told me so herself! What would happen if you missed out on the opportunity of getting rid of that woman and something happened to Karina...?"
