I walk into the huge main hall (certainly nothing like this back home!) and l look around for someone to help me.
"Um, could someone help me? I just moved to this plane - is there any paperwork I have to fill out? It's just... I'm new to this, and I don't want to make any mistakes. And this looked like the closest thing to a government office..."Swiftscroll Hawk - Creature - Bird Spirit Flying Channel - : Target player draws a card. 1/1

Neottolemo — In The Details: Weird sideboard tech for the mirror match; it feels more cute than good design. 8/10(Against Rettai, that necessarily finds you a planeswalker; so an answer to a planeswalker answers In The Details...) Hours later, Rettai reads Hyle's letter. "Hallucinations? That's not good. A side effect of Kirino's meddling, maybe. I'll get Tim to have a look at her..." At the same time, in another place... "Alright Arena. I think we got off on the wrong foot last time. What do you say, should we give it another try?"Karina Liberated Legendary Planeswalker — Karina : Each player draws a card, then discards a card. : Put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker. Draw a card unless you control that planeswalker. : Restart the game. At the beginning of your first upkeep, you may put any number of planeswalker cards from your hand onto the battlefield. (... but I'll choose to interpret it as a gift and buff whatever planeswalker you tutored a copy of instead.) korakhos — Negotiation: Neat fairly-costed EDH card. Seems annoying to play against and fun to play. 9/10"Well, you've come to the right place—information is my business. Why don't you let me know what you're looking for and we can work out a fair price that we'll both be happy with?" Rettai's voice is a bit louder than before, the difference barely noticeable, and perhaps a touch more even, more rhythmic, in its cadence—changes that are surely irrelevant, or at most herald increased confidence now that the conversation has moved into his domain.Rettai, Lore Dealer Legendary Planeswalker — Rettai : Draw a card, then each player draws a card. : Exile up to two target permanents, then return them to the battlefield under their owner's control. : Draw cards equal to the greatest number of cards in a player's hand. You have no maximum hand size until your next turn.

Rettai, Lore Dealer: I'm a bit worried about the ability granting you too much advantage since, even if it helps your opponents in the process, drawing two extra cards a turn on a plus ability seems strong. Otherwise, I love this (especially that ultimate). 8/10. "I'm here in search of a woman by the name of Aylin. She possesses an artifact I wish to acquire, and its power guarantees that the both of you have previously met. If information is your business, then all I ask for is this: let me know what her weaknesses are. Do that for me, and I'll do you a favor I'm pretty sure you'll gladly accept..." as he keeps talking, the mist begins to feed him the information he needs "After all, I don't think anybody would want Miranda Blackletter to be the new director..."
Sabotage Instant Destroy target creature that's the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls. "Oh, today's your promotion. It would be a pity if something were to happen to you this very day, wouldn't it...?"

Aiden walks up to the building, standing outside the doors. "Well, here I am Karina. You told me I should visit this place... let's hope it goes well." he said, taking a deep breath and walking inside. He was missing his helm, but still had on his breastplate and he had his spear strapped to his back with a seemingly makeshift belt out of dirty rope. After everything, he looked a little worse for wear. He walks up to someone, the first person he sees, not really sure how this place worked. "Hi, excuse me? I'm looking for someone called the 'Director'?"Tanys, Sunspear Captain Legendary Creature - Human Soldier When ~ enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 white soldier creature tokens. Lady Mapi — Swiftscroll Hawk: This card has several problems, unfortunately. First and most minor, that's the wrong formatting for Channel. Because it's an ability word rather than a keyword, you can't omit the "Discard CARDNAME" from the cost. Second, "target player draws a card" is a blue effect, not a white one. And finally, I think the card would be better suited to common than uncommon, for draft reasons. 6/10"Ah, welcome! No, don't worry, there's no paperwork you need to do, unless you're here to register as a threat to the Multiverse." The ethereal woman pauses, smiling to make it clear she's joking, then continues, "We're not actually in charge around here—nobody is—but we provide support to lost planeswalkers, keep track of which planes are safe to visit, that sort of thing. Ah, but I should've introduced myself! I'm Aiea, and this is the Seventh Circle Initiative. So, anyway, if you need help with anything let us know, and welcome to the Arena."Aeia, Face of the Initiative Legendary Planeswalker — Aeia : Untap each token you control. : Each player may return a nonland card from their graveyard to their hand. Create a 1/1 blue Rogue creature token for each player who does. : You get an emblem with "If you would draw a card, instead you may create three 1/1 blue Rogue creature tokens" and "Token creatures you control can't be blocked." (Allows you to repeatedly recur the bird after discarding it, and gives me Rogues if you do.) korakhos — This is solid sideboard tech, though the flavortext feels a bit clunky for reasons I can't quite put my finger on. 9/10(Not quite sure what this is targeting, though, since I'd be flickering a planeswalker and a land...) "Aylin? I know her, yes. Though, I think we could perhaps negotiate the price a bit more—you mentioned an artifact in her possession, and I'm sure I could arrange a discount if I knew more about this artifact." Despite Rettai's voice mostly covering it up, Malextros can hear a soft click of metal against metal behind him.Kauriga, Deft Gadgeteer Legendary Planeswalker — Kauriga : Discard a card. If you do, each opponent discards a card at random. : Add or . If you spend this mana to cast an Equipment spell, when it enters the battlefield, you may attach it to a creature you control. : Return target artifact or creature card from a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. It's an artifact in addition to its other types. (Ult reanimates whatever you flicker.) gurfafflekins — Tanys, Sunspear Captain: Legendary uncommons are a difficult trick, but you seem to have managed, mostly. The last ability feels like it wants to have a mana payment, and Soldiers should be capitalized in the second ability, but it manages to feel both uncommon and legendary. 9/10The elf grins broadly. "Oh, you must be Aiden! Karina mentioned you, and we'd been meaning to send someone over to say hello, but... we've been busy, with everything that's happened recently. Speaking of busy, the Director's meeting with someone else right now, but I'll let him and Karina know you've arrived. I'm Tam, I'm a trainee agent here. Is there anything I can help you with, or do you need to see the Director personally?"Tam of House Lyr Legendary Planeswalker — Tam : Creatures you control gain haste until end of turn. Legendary creatures you control get +2/+1 until end of turn. : You get an emblem with "Legendary spells you cast cost less to cast." (If there's no in their cost, this effect reduces the amount of generic mana you pay.): You may put a legendary permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield. If it's a creature, it gains haste until end of turn. Shuffle it into your library at the beginning of the next end step.

7CI Internal Memo — Do Not Distribute FROM: Rettai, Chief of Recruitment and Training TO: Uthern, Station Chief of Valdheim SUBJECT: Training Exercise
I'm sending a few students your way on a training exercise, cooperating with a larger group of planeswalkers to investigate a temporal anomaly of some sort. They should be able to handle themselves just fine, but I'd appreciate it if you could keep an eye on them regardless.
Kauriga, Kunal, and Severin have left the Arena. The three of them, and possibly Uthern, are the only 7CI agents who will be participating in The Book.

Aiden nodded. "Yeah, I guessed. Lots of things going on here." he said, smiling at the elf. "And I don't know, I just know that Karina said I should visit here or should at least be expecting one." he explained. "Good to meet you though, Tam. I don't really, uh, know much. I guess I'm supposed to learn? I don't know how I got here, because I'm no planeswalker but everyone else seems to be... and I don't understand how many of you do what you do." he said, blinking. "Sorry, I just kind of dumped that on you."Junia, Knight's Commander Legendary Creature - Human Soldier Knights and other Soldiers you control get +1/+1. "Though the sun sets, we remain." - Junia at her initiation speech4/5 Tam of House Lyr: +1 feels like a pretty good fervor but that's fair for what this is, -2 feels pretty not red, red usually does rituals and not reductions and especially not permanent ones, -4 has that nice Lightning Shrieker vibe to it. 8/10.

(Guest System) While Karina is keeping Hannah company, something finds its way into the 7CI. Nothing in the facility has been touched, except for Karina's room, which seems to have been violently searched. No one seems to have seen anyone near the room all day.
When asked, Karina nervously insists nothing has been taken from her belongings. Mysterious Visit Instant Look at target player’s hand. You may choose a card from it. If you do, that player reveals that card, puts it on the bottom of their library, then draws a card. Draw a card.

gurfafflekins — Junia, Knight's Commander: Hm, she reminds me of Brimaz, but uncommon. Seems fine if generic. 9/10"Is that so? Karina thought.. never mind. Anyway, if you're here to learn, you're in the right place for sure—we might also be able to help you get home. Where are you from? We've mapped out a lot of the multiverse, so we might know where it is."Valech, Explorer Agent Legendary Planeswalker — Valech : Untap target creature. It gains " : Add " until your next turn. : Draw a card for each creature you control that dealt combat damage to an opponent this turn. : You get an emblem with "Permanents you control are lands in addition to their other types" and "Tap an untapped permanent you control: Add ." (Valech isn't here, but his knowledge is applicable. Mechanically, he rewards you for going wide and lets Junia both attack and block on the same turn.) cajun — Mysterious Visit: A Clique ETB with a cantrip? Seems fine, although it could honestly probably cost , since it doesn't give any card advantage. Nobody's seen anybody near the room all day, but fortunately, the Seventh Circle Initiative isn't reliant on mere eyewitness accounts. Is Lyfaen going to find anything if they conjure up images of everything that's happened in the room today?Lyfaen, Temporal Observer Legendary Planeswalker — Lyfaen : Until your next turn, when target nontoken creature dies, return that card to its owner's hand. : Until your next turn, at the beginning of each end step, you gain life equal to the life you lost that turn. : You lose 2 life and put the bottom two cards of your library into your hand.

Kauriga: Yup, I actually enjoy a artifact archetype and this card is a cool example. 9/10. You don't have to worry about this artifact at all, it belongs to a set I have no interest in completing, and the remaining two are far more dangerous, so you should really be focusing on those... No, all I need this artifact for is to return a plane to its former glory... and obtaining it will make that task easier" he says "Let me make you a final offer: if you know me, you probably know what I do to worlds. Right now, over a hundred worlds are swarming with my minions, minions who are bound to me and which I can kill with a mere snap of my fingers..." he says, raising his hand and making the gesture "Give me Aylin's weakness, that's all I ask... One weakness, and more than a hundred worlds are set free!"Merciless Massacre Sorcery Each player chooses a creature type, then sacrifices each creature they control of a type chosen this way. The air distorts as the door to Karina's room opens, the first hint of the invisible figure. A blue spell falls upon the door, which is then slammed. If anyone notices, no one moves to investigate. Nothing happens for several minutes.
Papers and sheets begin flying in all directions as the figure searches the room. The distortions continue as the figure moves around the room. A bag of coins is thrown aside, littering the floor. Finally, the bed is moved, and another bag of coins is found. It vanishes into the invisible aura of the figure, who finally leaves the room.
The distortions are erratic. The aura of camouflage appears to surround an area slightly larger than the caster, hiding their figure, with the exception that the top of the distortions all occur less than six feet off the ground.
call it 175cm if you want an exact (~5ft9in)

korakhos — Merciless Massacre: This is a supremely elegant mirror of Harsh Mercy. 10/10"You know, you've misjudged Division Chief Blackletter—indeed, the problem's precisely opposite what you stated. If nobody wanted her to be the Director, there'd be nothing to worry about. No, the truth is you have no idea who she is or why she's important beyond the details you pulled from my mind. Quite impressive, that—not many people are skilled enough to read me. And similarly, I had no intention of actually dealing with you—I just wanted to buy time for my agents." At that moment, the device Kauriga had carefully lowered into place behind him flickers on, snapping a Planar Interdiction Field into place around Malextros. "Feel that? You're isolated from the Blind Eternities now. You can't planeswalk away. You can't draw on mana from anywhere but here. Oh, and by the way? Thanks for showing us the bindings to your armies across the multiverse—Operations is tracing those right now. And if you want to be able to leave here ever again, you're going to answer my questions. Now, what is this artifact and why do you want it?"Varrs, Interdiction Engineer Legendary Planeswalker — Varrs : Until your next turn, if a nonland permanent would enter the battlefield and it wasn't cast, exile that permanent. If no permanents are exiled this way, you gain 2 life at the beginning of your next upkeep. : Choose a nonland card name, then create an artifact token named Interdiction Field with "Activated abilities of permanents with the chosen name can't be activated." : Exile target nonland permanent until Varrs, Interdiction Engineer leaves the battlefield. The Division of Operations will call for aid for Haunting Echoes.

"Where I'm from... isn't important." he said, sighing. "Long story short, my family is dead and I've been gone too long. I'm better off here." he said. "And yeah, Karina and some other people, mainly Ms. Oblay right before she finally died, and someone whose name I can't remember keep telling me I am a planeswalker. I don't believe it though. I'm just a man with a spear." he said. Surely the weird white magic was a result of the place where he is, not himself. "Do you know how long this Director will be tied up for? I have a few questions for him specifically and I'm happy to wait for a little while."Patient Protector Creature - Human Soldier First strike Whenever ~ would be dealt noncombat damage, prevent it. "I've all day, friend. Try your tricks once more."2/2 Valech, Explorer Agent: I like it as a response. That ult seems REALLY neat, beating most permanent removal ("Exile target nonland permanent"), and also lots of mana. Normally I'd say this isn't very blue, but stuff like Imprisoned in the Moon means turning things into lands that add colorless is a blue thing (even if that is typically meant for opponent's stuff) and the plus and minus are very neat. I love it and would love to find a deck for it. 10/10.

Varrs: correct me if I'm wrong but I'm not entirely sure this responds to my challenge, I'm interpreting you're exiling a card with the last ability and using Haunting Echoes as a punishment to remove my wiped board. I approve of the ::L+1:: and but am a bit wary of the . True, it takes a few turns to set up before nullifying everything your opponent throws at you, but the fact it can do so with no other drawback feels like too much. 5/10. Malextros's smile disappears as he purses his "lips", then he smiles once more, although with lesser intensity."Fine" he says "Have it your way... You're more than free to kill all my minions, if they actually meant anything to me I wouldn't have made you that offer. And have fun during the years it will take you to do so, there's millions of them spread upon the worlds, you could've gotten rid of them in a second, but I guess I have no way of making fools make the right choice, even if I hand it to them on a silver platter."As he speaks, it is evident that something about the demon feels different. After a few seconds, it is evident: he's slowly fading away, until he's completely disappeared from the inside of his cage. Rettai can suddenly feel him behind him."You see, I am no planeswalker, I am far more, so your petty cage has no effect on me. I can only draw mana from this world, is that so? That's fine by me, that's all I need" he says maliciously "Like I said, have fun slaughtering my children, I'm pretty sure it'll be quite a spectacle..."He vanishes into thin air, but unlike the other times he visited people of the Arena, something's different this time: there is still some dark mist inside the Planar Interdiction Field, apparently he couldn't escape it completely. It might even be possible to analyze the substance in search of a weakness...Study Specimen Creature - Frog Mutant Whenever ~ becomes the target of a spell or ability you control, put a +1/+1 counter on it. "We cut one of its legs and it grew back bigger, we blinded it and it developed a new way to see. Today we're setting it on fire, and I can't wait to see what happens!"-Simic research notes2/3

korakhos — Study Specimen: Comparing this to Heroic creatures, this seems fairly costed, and a suitable arcun for a combat-trick archetype. 9/10"Varrs, I want that Interdictor taken apart and analyzed. Enfys, are you watching this? It looks like we've misclassified Malextros—take a look at that mist, write up a report, see if we need a new designation. Aiea, you run to Aylin's, she needs to know there's someone hunting her."Enfys, the Designator Legendary Planeswalker — Enfys : Choose a permanent card name. Permanents with the chosen name lose hexproof until end of turn. Spells that target those permanents cost less to cast this turn. : Search your library for a noncreature card with converted mana cost equal to the number of loyalty counters on Enfys, reveal it, then shuffle your library and put that card on top. : Target player gets an emblem with "Whenever a creature attacks you, its controller draws a card." (Interpreting it as a gift, and using the +1.) gurfafflekins — Patient Protector: Cool design, wrong wording. "Prevent all noncombat damage that would be dealt to Patient Protector." 8/10"He should be done shortly—ah, there he is, and Karina, too!" The devilish man strides smiling across the main hall, Karina running ahead of him to greet her friend. "So, I heard you had some questions for me? I'm sorry about the delay—I just got done with a quite unpleasant meeting."The Summer Intern Project Legendary Planeswalker — Rettai Karina : Until your next turn, all damage that would be dealt to target permanent or player is dealt to another target creature or planeswalker you control instead. : Draw a card. If there are four or more subtypes among planeswalkers you control, scry 2. : Target nonland permanent's owner shuffles it into their library. If it had one or more loyalty counters on it, you may put that many loyalty counters on The Summer Intern Project. : You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a spell, you may put a legendary permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield" and "Prevent all damage that would be dealt to legendary permanents you control." (Using the +1 to share its burn immunity with something else.)

(I knew that was the right wording and then didn't put it gdi)"Hey, Karina." Aiden said, smiling at her, then looking back up to Rettai. "So, you're this Director I've heard so much about." he said, extending his hand for a hand shake. "I'm Aiden- I'm sure you know that by now though. And I have a lot of questions, but I don't really know where to start. It's Karina who kept bugging me to come here." he said. He still felt untrustworthy of the large corporation - the whole monarchy idea was hard-wired into him. "I don't really know why. Aren't you a place for planeswalkers?"Vaness, the Ward Legendary Creature - Angel Flying When ~ enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an enchantment with a converted mana cost of 3 or less, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library. Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, you may put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. 4/5 The Summer Intern Project: (Side note: not a fan of multiple type walkers but it's pretty irrelevant so I'll ignore it whilst judging) +1 seems neat, I like it. 0 is pretty aight but not wonderful, as a 0 should be. -3, I like the idea of "recruiting" the walker into the group by stealing their ideas, and -10 seems very neat, glad you had the preventing damage thing because that ult would probably run dry kinda soon. Although perma-planeswalkers and creatures seems dangerous, letting this get to 10 is really good anyway - also appreciate the starting loyalty is 4 so casting it with Doubling Season doesn't auto-ult. 9/10.

gurfafflekins — Vaness, the Ward: I'm not really feeling the CMC restriction on the enchantment tutor. It'd only really make sense if it put it directly into play. Also, should be "enchantment card." Also feels rare. 7/10"A common misconception—we provide services to planar travelers of all sorts, with or without a spark. In fact, more of our resources go to rescuing Festenians—that's a plane with the ability to create planar portals, you'd be surprised how much havoc they cause—than to assisting actual planeswalkers. If you wreck your planeswalking ship, if you stumble through a dimensional rift, we're there for you. As for yourself—well, we do have an agent on staff who can see sparks, if you want to know for certain whether you're a planeswalker, but we'd be happy to help you regardless. What do you need?"Reyhsia, the Sparkseer Legendary Planeswalker — Reyhsia : Search your library for a card, reveal it, and put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Unless it's legendary, you lose life equal to its converted mana cost. : Target opponent reveals their hand. You may exile a creature or planeswalker card from it. : You lose life equal to the number of legendary permanents you control and draw that many cards. Those permanents don't untap during their controller's untap step. (This effect doesn't end.)(Enjoy your 0/0, and take 6.)

She's weird. I could definitely see her captaining a nice token deck. However, I feel like her -1 makes her way too strong in a dedicated deck - sure, your opponent just got a card back, but you got your Cancel back and two (or more) 1/1s on top of that. I'm thinking an 8/10 feels most appropriate.

gurfafflekins — Doomed Angel: I love this flavorwise. Mechanically, it reminds me of the Penumbra cards, and based on those I think you could tune the cost down to safely, although it's also fine as-is. Also, Horror should be capitalized. 9/10"I'm her mentor, not her father—it's her decision where she lives, not mine. Karina, I'd suggest you take a moment to think this over carefully." Rettai pulls Aiden aside, then adds in a whisper, "One of my students is interested in chronomancy research. They wanted to try an experiment on how long a man could survive if time was flowing forward in some parts of his body and backward in other parts. I refused, because even I—a half-devil from a plane of devils—thought it would be too cruel a death to subject someone to. If I find out you've hurt Karina in any way, I will inform them that I've changed my mind and found a suitable test subject. Do I make myself clear?"Timeripper Lyfaen Legendary Planeswalker — Lyfaen : Destroy up to one target creature. At the beginning of the next upkeep, its owner returns it from their graveyard to the battlefield. : Target player puts a card at random from their hand into their library third from the top. : Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn. Put X -1/-1 counters on it at the beginning of the next upkeep. (The kills the original and the flickers away the token, if it's an attack; or the flickers the Angel into the graveyard repeatedly for a swarm of Horrors, if it's a gift.) korakhos — Somber Harvest: A Disciple of Bolas etb, but at instant speed and without the 2/1? Seems like a solid core set rare, or for a set with an aristocrats theme. 9/107CI Designation Report AUTHOR: Trainee Agent Enfys SUBJECT: Malextros DESIGNATION: Class 4 Threat After encountering, negotiating with, and partially trapping the entity known as Malextros, we have troubling new conclusions on its capabilities. Contrary to our previous assumptions, Malextros is not a planeswalker; rather, it is capable of conjuring projections formed from black mana on planes it is not physically present on... Enfys, Determined Analyst Legendary Planeswalker — Enfys : Reveal the top three cards of your library. Put one of those cards into your graveyard and the rest on back top in any order. : Choose a nonland permanent card name. Return each permanent with the chosen name to its owner's hand. : Draw cards equal to the number of cards in target opponent's hand. (Using the ult here, so I can draw cards too.) Lady Mapi — Meek-Feather Hawk: Now that's more like it! I thought the 1/2 stats, echoing Pendelhaven's buff, were a particularly nice touch. 10/10"Will do! We've got a pretty good doctor ourselves, but he's not around just at the moment—if someone gets hurt and we can't get him here fast enough, we'll give you a call. It's a pleasure to meet you, and do come find us if you need help with settling in or anything."Aiea, Ethereal Emissary Legendary Planeswalker — Aiea : Create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying. : Until your next turn, creatures you control can block an additional creature each combat, and token creatures you control have first strike and vigilance. : Target creature gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control. When that creature deals combat damage to an opponent this turn, draw X cards.

The soldier nods as Rettai mentions it's Karina's choice, and then is pulled aside. He listens to the threat carefully, nodding as he speaks. He knew it would be hard for him to take care of Karina as he barely even had a second bed, but he wasn't sure that he could trust these 7CI people with her either - they seemed to be doing something rather shady, or so it appeared that way to him. But now... even if it wasn't parental love, it was a fierce protection for her. "I understand. But you should also understand that this spear isn't just for looks - if you ever do anything to her that even puts her in harm's way, I will not hesitate to unleash the sun's fury upon you." he whispered back, smiling to Karina. (And then cajun should probably pick it up from here somewhere? Or just leave it be - if it's left alone it'll be assumed she's not with Aiden) Timeripper Lyfaen: A nonblue chronomancer... hmm. Overall, I really like it. Shows time in a different manner quite well! The +2 is a neat effect, like you said it interacts multiple ways with my card. The -X is a very black thing, a temp buff and -1/-1 counters, can be used as a final push or removal, good stuff. Only thing is, the -1 feels very blue. Even if it is similar to discarding, tucking like that is usually in blue, red or white(usually in EDH for red/white, I've seen). Still, I think it's close enough to discard it's fine. Damn it Wizards why did you design a black tuck card? Just why? 9/10.

Enfys, Determined Analyst: At , I think her should just be two cards. Great ultimate for a response, and I like how the bypasses hexproof. 8/10.

WindyDelcarlo — Awestruck: Preordain with minor upside and downside feels about where I want cantrips to be, but probably a bit above where WotC wants cantrips to be. Still, I think this merits 9/10A spectral woman approaches her, smiling warmly. "You must be Hannah, right? Are you looking for something? Do you or your mother need help? If you're looking for Karina, she's not here right now, but I can take a message or you can wait here until she gets back..."Aiea, Ghostly Guide Legendary Planeswalker — Aiea : Create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token. : You get an emblem with "Untap all tokens you control during each other player's untap step." : Until your next turn, tokens you control gain " : Tap target permanent." gurfafflekins — Ominous Haze: While in practice, this looks like a simple and acceptable continuation of the Seal cycle, I don't like the way it encourages board stalls, particularly at common. I think this needs to be uncommon for the sake of whatever limited format it's in. 8/10Frode Gulbrandssen Legendary Planeswalker — Frode Flash When Frode Gulbrandssen enters the battlefield, you may counter target activated or triggered ability. : Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. It gains vigilance until end of turn. : Exile target noncreature permanent. Return that card to the battlefield at the beginning of the next upkeep.
