I'm trying to make a mse.installer file through command prompt, but it's giving me this "> was unexpected at this time" error

this is the command I'm trying to do:

mse --create-installer YuGiOh_Reaxter.mse-installer yugioh.mse-game yugioh-series-reaxter.mse-style yugioh-standard-levels.mse-symbol-font yugioh-text-edition.mse-symbol-font yugioh-text-numbers.mse-symbol-font yugioh-text-replacements.mse-symbol-font
