mrlozano Two cats? Curious. They are small, and what she would call adorable. Disgusting. The door to Rolt's office slowly creaks open, and that strange feeling intensifies. Suddenly, the smell of apples and cigarettes wafts into the noses of the felines.Thaumaturgical Expertise Instant As an additional cost to cast ~, discard your hand. Search your library for a white card, a blue card, a black card, a red card, and a green card. Reveal those cards and put them into your hand. Then shuffle your library. Exile ~. Strange Feeling: Honestly, I thought maybe it was a bit much for just , but at sorcery speed and just revealing, probably fine. Could maybe even be ? 9/10.

Fleur Just as anticipated. The wind does not move the book, instantly giving away it's nature of not being but a simple book. The gray figure stares at it, before the wind dies down. We see it is alive. Yet, it is of no particular interest.Bored Amalgam Creature - Horror Whenever ~ blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, that creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. 4/4 Vorpal Aspect: Solid, and I do love me some Rout effects. Don't know how good stopping damage prevention on two+ is. Could be busted or not at all, depends on opponent's deck too. 9/10. Only a fool would be disinterested in a sentient book, of all things - especially a book of stabbing, a protector of valuable libraries and provider of valuable knowledge alike. Not that the book really cares - it planeswalks away, leaving little but silence behind. Blinded By Hubris Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature has "Other creatures you control get -1/-1." Whenever enchanted creature blocks, its controller discards two cards. The fool is too ignorant to see the harm he does, and too arrogant to care.Compare: Curse of Death's Hold (rare and more expensive, but a lot harder to remove or turn off) CARD: Very clean effect on a solid body. Fits just right at uncommon, even if it's a bit unexciting. 9/10

mrlozano A feline with a weapon..? This is just ridiculous. Blasted animals. The calico gave a mewl of annoyance before vanishing and reappearing on the detective's desk, licking it's paw. "I wouldn't try that again if I were you." Ethereal Leap Instant Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under it’s owner’s control. It gains hexproof until end of turn. "Now the real question is, who aren't I?" the cat asked, before it's form moved shapes. It was a black cat, a tabby cat, a dog, a mouse, before settling on a familiar kitten - Michi.
Flash Speed Cut: to disable all activateds while being cast and to deal 2 unpreventable? Seems like a bit much but honestly, is probably fine. Maybe at it wants to be though? 9/10.

mrlozano "Tsk tsk, so touchy..." his brother said. He gave a false quiver. "I'm frightened, just like him. The weak should fear the strong, you know." his brother said, stretching out on top of the desk. "So your brother should fear you. Do you think he does? He goes home every night, and wonders, what if my brother turns? What if he decides he doesn't need me anymore?"

Tormenting Echo Creature - Spirit When ~ dies, you may exile target player's graveyard. , exile ~ from your graveyard: Target player loses 1 life. 1/1 You know... I could kill you right now. Only with my claws. I could force you to show me your true form and I would break it to the point that even your own mother wouldn't recognize you. I sould say that. Instead, I just walk."He doesn't. And I need him. He is my travel ticket." (It think that expression is correct. I heard it once. A man said it about a camel. Weird story, don't ask.) "But, you know, he is the only thing I care about. So, let me warn you. Touch him, no, just talk to him, look to him, or even breath the same air he is breathing and I'll kill you, I'll kill you in the most horrible way you can think of. Or probably in one even more horrible." I don't smile. My dagger stabs the desk. The wood screechs as it breaks. The pressure makes it fall apart, in two halves. "Change shapes. Now."
Cold Anger Sorcery As an addittional cost to cast ~ exile your graveyard. ~ deals X damage to any target, where X is one plus the number of cards exiled this way.

mrlozano Cold Anger: Solid finisher in self-mill. Not super sure I love how easy it is for you to like Traumatize yourself and then blast them in the face with damage (though doing that and then using cold anger fits well thematically). Then again, sorcery speed is probably fine? 8/10. We ponder with the idea of changing forms... to himself, to a dog - felines fear those, yes? - or to his own mother. Then again, this seemed to be antagonizing him enough. "Ah, your travel ticket. Of course. Why else would someone of your skills tag along with someone like that? Even your own kin is but a tool." the cat licks it's paw after gracefully falling between the two halves of the desk.Abuse Privilege Instant Whenever you would be dealt damage by an instant or sorcery an opponent controls this turn, instead put that many cards from the top of your library into your graveyard and gain that much life. "No one is above being but a simple pawn." - Gerald, Sunspear tactician
"And please, I invite you to mangle me."
Never let it be said We did not warn him.

"You wouldn't hurt your meowst precious brother, would you?" (Doer, a cat who is getting VERY angry) I wouldn't hurt my brother, but you are not him, meowstard. "Would you bet on it?" I throw my dagger. I touches the thing's face, leaving a small scratch without fur, ready to bleed, before getting stuck in the wall behind him. mrlozano King DDD: I love him. 10/10. (Actual critique: no real reason to be legendary other than to be Doer, I do like the 2 damage and relatively low impact so it feels like it's good in 60 though. I'd really like him with first strike.) Outside the office, as the knives carved into the fake Michi's face, the real Michi would feel a phantom pain slicing into their left cheek - but not the right.---Michi gave a smirk, or the best smirk a cat can give as the first slice slashed through his face. "I think I would." before relenting to Doer's form on the return, becoming a copy of the cat directly in front of Them. As it sliced back across the duplicate's right cheek, he would feel a pain slicing into his own."Tsk tsk, I'd hate to see meow act so rashly." the cat said, blood oozing from both the cheeks. The red seemed slightly... duller than normal blood. Damned detective. "If you so much as raise a paw, I return to your kin's shape. And I think you know what happens if you kill me like that."Ominous Duplicate Creature - Shapeshifter You may have Ominous Duplicate enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it gains " : Return ~ to it's owner's hand." Guest System (Sorry, I couldn't resist mrlozano, gurfafflekins): I looked at the scene with a little smile. The kid was a little monster after my very own blackened heart. I took a deep breath, studying his scent."Hey there little mouse - stop messing with the poor kid. You might make me come back from my vacation. Oh, and Doer? He feeds off your fear and suffering, so..."I hopped down and grinned."Don't let him, eh?"--- A small black cat is sitting on the floor next to the damaged desk. mrlozano IUnescapable Killer: Ouphe. That's a real stronk effect on a two drop. Suddenly, Unsummon variants become Murder's that bypass indestructible, because the creature is never destroyed or dies, it just puts it into the yard instead. At least, that's how I think that works. I think this could be an effect but would have to be on a 4 mana creature at least, if not higher to be safer. 6/10. Lady Mapi Bloody-Paw Kitten: Mild concern on how easy this could be to abuse to one-sided wipe in certain decks, or just abuse, but probably fine? Because you're using that wacky guest system I'll give a 7.5/10. Weird, I know. The Doer clone grimaced. As soon as We get off this plane, We will learn every single way to skin a cat, and then put them into practice. "You ask me what I want? You are the one who walked into this building. Perhaps if you were not so careless, your curiosity would not have gotten you into this situation. Perhaps if you did not answer every question with blades, you would already be out of here, free to do what it is you do." then, We sighed. "We thought we had seen the last of your zombie hide when you left with that insufferable cleric of yours."The door slams open behind them."You are free to go. After any interaction with anyone is complete...We reach up to our cheeks, feeling that cut as we sit on the chair behind the split desk. We look up and look at a detective in the doorway."Couldn't even leave my desk intact?""Blame that cat, not Us."Rolt laughs as he approaches his desk, sitting on the chair opposite. "I've figured you out, you know. Wasn't too hard when you gave me all that time stuck on New Phyrexia." The other Rolt sighs."Yes, We know. We expected nothing less from someone of your caliber.""No, more than that. I figured you knew I'd solve just what you are. But I know more than that." dust suddenly begins to move, before particles of ash around the room fly around the room and materialize into the detective's hands. The true Rolt smirks as the false Rolt looks slightly concerned. As soon as it started, the flames were extinguished. Nothing was damaged - even the papers on the desk remained intact. All except for one, of course. The spirit-like being remained in front of the desk for a moment, before vanishing. The detective opens the folder. "The Ominous. Dokucu. What a name you've picked for yourself.""You mortals like your names. We thought to give you one to fear." Rolt nods."Feeds off of torment and fear. Enjoys toying with us 'mortals'.""Congratulations. So far you've figured out what a cat could figure out.""I'm just getting started." the detective turns the page, and smirks. "A being created and given sentience in the Blind Eternities. Summoned against Their will to a local tribe on a nameless plane. Well, a destroyed plane to be exact. After you were summoned to it." The Rolt behind the desk remained silent."Summoned by an Amy Brave. Tribal mage, summoner, and best friends with her chieftain Samuel Drenus. Well, she wanted to be a little more but she never got that far."The Rolt behind the desk glared at the detective."At first, content, almost excited to explore what the material world could deliver to someone born of the eternities like yourself. Then, you became dissatisfied. You learned that you were in fact much more powerful than that entire plane put together. And so you wiped it clean."The Rolt behind the desk continues his glare, before sighing and turning to face the floor, then back to the Norian detective. "What do you hope will come of this, Skylar? Do you hope to change me? To turn me to my good side? Have I got news for you. I don't have a good side.""This would say otherwise," the detective tosses the folder on the desk, and it's open to a blurred photograph of a gray apparition staring at a man with tribal tattoos, inside this office. The Rolt behind the desk grimaces."You saved him. Albeit with a method more gruesome than a Ravnican closed casket funeral, but you did.""But I didn't save her."The Ominous has left the arena. Reincarnation will happen when the new rules are set in motion. (Hopefully within 24 hours.)

As the Ominous and Rolt have vanished, and with Rolt's office in shambles, a man and a dragon, about the size of a large dog appear on the horizon. He holds out his arm and the dragon lands on his shoulder, and he gives her an annoyed look. He looks around and finds a small home, with one bed and a chair and a table with four more chairs.

gurfafflekins The storm did approach, unfettered from control and direction. It tore at the ground, whipped the air into a frenzy, it was about to strike down upon the man and his dragon. Then it stopped. There was no sound of magic, clashing against the flaming tornado. No Crack of divine intervention. All the sound there was in the area was the sounds of nature, of a pleasant, usual daytime. Either the magic hadn't existed, or someone was looking out for the recently arrived traveler. Regeneration Blade: This doesn't even regenerate . Also this is pretty easy to get out, though I appreciate the cost at least requires black. Still meh, imo. 6/10

mrlozano Hello//Goodbye: For some reason, when I read this, I laughed. It's just weirdly funny to me. I do think Hello could cost and be fine. Also usually split cards have the same card type (or at least I think so), but that's not a big deal honestly. 9/10. Cats. They smelled of curiosity and questions. Wonderful. Bell turned towards the two felines and nodded in greeting. "Yes." is what he says to Doer's question. While he seems unwilling to speak much, the dragon flies down and looks happily at the cats, more so at Michi. She gives a little happiness noise and approaches, doing a little hop to the left and then to the right. She seemed interested in playing, and Bell looks mildly annoyed at her actions.Playful Whelp Creature - Dragon Flying Whenever you draw a card, ~ gets +1/+1 until end of turn. "Be careful when playing with a dragon - give them too much leeway and you'll end up with a missing finger." - Gareth, whelp nurser0/1
