cajun Temper Tantrum: Nice. Not sure it should be it's own sorcery being this niche though. 9/10. The heart was the source of all torment, after all.
"Is it not? Are We not him?" the spirit of Aiden said, smirking. "He would not be here were it not for Us. If anything, both of you should be thanking Us for Our mercy." the spirit Aiden says, the spear remaining firm in the ghost's hand and on the ground.
"Don't you see, child? All you bring is suffering." he said. A wave of his hand, and projections flashed in the field between them."The death of your parents, and your father figure. Helpless, even without the hat's mind control."The night of the earthquake…
The door clicked behind me. It had been a long, long, long night. Mei, Malextros, that strange new healer beating me to Aiden, Mei again.
My mind wasn’t quite sitting right after it all. I needed a nice long rest.
A clerk ran up to me, carrying a straw hat. “Miss Reyhsia! During all the chaos, your hat finally turned up!”
“Oh fantastic,” I smiled. “Had just about given up hope on finding the old thing after tin man made me lose it.” I nodded my head down to put the hat on, then lingered for a second. After a moment, I regained my composure and looked back to the clerk. "Thank you for your assistance," the hat grinned. "Reyhsia's loss of volition. Perhaps if you were not so self-obsessed with your own freedom."
"I need you to focus on where we met. Remember that pile of metal outside the house. The place you set up the tunneler."
I focused too, beginning a planeswalk.
"You've made my life a million times better than it was. Thank you, Hannah."
I rip the spark from my soul and shove it onto hers. "And you will eventually leave your precious friend behind in death. Your suffering will never end, not even if We are removed. Do you not see?"
Dokucu, Beyond Time Legendary Planeswalker - Ominous Dokucu : Choose a color pair. The next spell you cast costs one mana of each of the chosen colors less to cast. This effect only reduces the amount of colored mana you pay. : Exile up to three target nonland permanents. Return them to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of your next upkeep. : Each opponent sacrifices three permanents and ~ deals 3 damage to them. "You are nothing but a bad omen." I think we both know who the bad omen is. Just remember...
A wave of his hand, and memories played out across the field. But she didn't see the memories it wanted her to.I watched him reach into the dust cloud around him, very aware of the motions, the swirl of mana, the creation of the glass. I didn't see any reason I couldn't do it.
I reach uneasily into the cloud and try to make that same motion, that same swirl. There's a glint in the cloud... "Well... The gauntlet[...]allows you to tap into more mana lines than you normally could, but it leaves you exhausted after the use." // Karina opens her bag. Her goggles, taser, and gauntlet fall out, alongside a metal rectangle, a small silver sphere, and a crystal cone.Arina takes shelter behind a nearby plant and magically draws her dagger[...] I lift the conduit with a spell and start to put it into place[...] What did I have to lose? A hand goes for the gauntlet. The other reaches out, trying to make that same motion, that same swirl. A surge of power flows from the ancient spark. Show of Trust Instant Exile up to three target nonland permanents, then return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control. Creatures that enter the battlefield under you control this way gain haste until end of turn. Flashback // The Sunspear wrenches itself free of the imposter's grasp and flies back to Karina. She speaks as she uses it to pull herself back up "Not anymore.""You've made my life a million times better than it was. Thank you, Karina." "No more suffering.""Everything good that's ever happened to me is because the hat did it for me!" I didn't scream to the ceiling. "No more loss."// She slams the Sunspear into the ground as it glows blindly bright"MAY THE GLORY OF THE SUN BURN AWAY ALL DECEPTION AND LEAVE ONLY THE TRUTH." As he speaks, a ring of light encircles the room, preventing all within its confines from lying. "NO. MORE. LIES."
// As she screams, a ring of fire erupts from the spear head, burning away the illusions and projections Aegisul, the True Legendary Artifact - Equipment When Aegisul, the True enters the battlefield, simplify target nonland permanent until Aegisul leaves the battlefield. (Simplified permanents lose all abilities and can't have or gain abilities.)Equipped creature has lifelink, vigilance, and "Prevent all damage that would be dealt to this creature by simplified creatures." Equip Karina has learned Telekinesis from Arina, unlocking Flashback Karina has learned NO MORE LIES from Dr. Arueth, unlocking Simplify That's my girl. Dokucu, Beyond Time - while the gank ability isn't as bad as the last round, still basically unstoppably steals two permanents a round. yikes. That's getting simplified'd by the way :^) Other two abilities get super overshadowed by that steal too. 6/10

Lady Mapi The elf let out a deep, almost growl or purr of a laugh. "I may have at least one of those on hand." she said, stepping inside. "And do not worry, I know the owner of this building. He would be fine with us in here." she says, looking around the room. Now, which strings to pull...Pulling Strings Instant Target player puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard. Draw a card. Overload Speaking of strings... We are not the sole puppet masters. Curse these imbeciles.
The elf turns towards the man, smiling. The heart was the source of all torment. "Now, what makes you sad this day?"Revelation of Fragility: Feels more blue, looking at Dismiss into Dream, but I get the whole red flavor thing. 8/10. "Women, I'm afraid. A bit of phantom pain."
I smiled back - the smile only briefly touched my eyes.
The heart might be the source of all torment... but that requires that you have one. Heart of Glass - Legendary Artifact - Equipment Equipped creatures you control have hexproof. Whenever an equipped creature is dealt damage, destroy it. At the beginning of your upkeep, attach Heart of Glass to a creature. Oh, hello there Doku-kun~! Credo of the Ruler says that your response has to include the words "Love" and "Pain" in its text. (I'm pretty sure I can do this? The Perk is quite vague.) Pulling Strings seems pretty nice - it's an obvious self-mill card that can be overloaded to mill everyone else (to deal with top-library tutors, at the very least). My hoary mill-loving corpuscles squirm with approval! 9/10

Unclear whether the Ominous casted a spell there, can edit my response to acknowledge that if they did.
Hellish Denial: This is probably fine but I feel like I'd be more comfortable with it if it cost more and was instead. 8/10
"You are not passion, yes? Nor love? And you do not build. You are not all. Why do you lie?" Lei Koen's voice resounds calm and serene.
Approach the Truth Instant Look at the top four cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. cajun Show of Trust: I mean, there are better cards I'd probably be running and needing three color feels pretty bad, seeing as how it's not really red. The haste is red and nice but being an instant, usually irrelevant. And if you're using this to grant haste, you're in a bad spot anyway. 7/10. Aegisul, the True: Yeah, not a fan of simplify. Ironically, a rather complex mechanic in the scheme of things. On non-targetting or non-board wide (like the Archetypes, or an aura), this really serves up some memory issues. As someone who doesn't remember stuff, those are important. Also, the simplify flavor does not feel like wiping away the illusions, and more like stuff from Divinity 2 or mind-wiping, leaving you but a husk of your former self. 7/10. 14/20 --> 7/10.The figure across from her morphed from the spiritual figure of Aiden back to the figure of Karina. She smirked, and began to slowly clap. "Yes, of course. Burn away the truth with your anger, your emotions. Truly, We have been bested. You stole a glorified stick back and are blind to your own experiences. Perhaps that hat did do something good for you - it reinforced your own denial." she said, laughing. Shrug Off Instant Exile target creature you control, then return all creatures exiled this way to the battlefield under their owner's control. Overload Of course, it was obnoxious she would not bend her will at all. For still being a child, with such a short span of time to recover from such high and volatile stress, she was doing remarkably well. But with such a puppet master, it was to be... expected. The smirk twitched with a hint of... malice and annoyance. More so than usual.
Aiden is allowed to approach them, finally, and sprints towards the wrong Karina. He tumbles into her to tackle her, rolling through the apparition. He stands to face her, his spirit enraged, and a blast of white shot from his palms, hitting the ground beneath the false Karina. Smoke rises from the resulting blast, and the copy is gone.
Aiden has adopted . Just as planned.
When order is no longer your top priority, anarchy is ensured to take it's place.
Consider yourself tainted, Sunspear.

Lady Mapi ...Hmm. Yes, this would do nicely. Thank you, Kirino. The elf reached out to touch his hands, her smile warming her eyes. Disgustingly warm, as Amy was."Ah, women. (Probably not what you intended with Credo but oops) Heart of Glass: Huh. This is pretty neat. I honestly don't really know how to look at it, it does a lot of things here. This like equip hate but also equip tribal, which is pretty weird, but I see the whole "put it on another person's thing and my own things have hexproof snicker" but at the same time most sources of damage come from AoE or combat so hexproof is... not negligible, but something like that? I gasped as the ring of fire exploded from the spear. Hw did that happen? The dull sting in my chest faded, Aiden started moving again, the... thing wibbled and changed into... something. I lean into the spear as the gauntlet's exhaustion sets in on top of everything else.
But today, I'm not alone.Karina has spent 200 Valor and unlocked Hero's Legacy I let out a big breath as the copy vanishes. Then my breaths grow ragged as I slide to the ground. Everything hurts. I open my eyes. When did I close them? I needed to get out before it came back. I open my eyes again. Stay focused. Needed to focus to planeswalk. I open my eyes again look to Aiden.
No.

It does work on cast triggers (or at least, it should, you cast it twice), and lines up against the niche thing I did with the colors, but still, you'd probably want this on like a 0/4 or something at least. 6/10. "I want Kirino Oblay dead. Permanently, preferably."
My smile is gone. My glass starts whispering.
"She's the reason I don't have a heart no more."
I put my hand to my chest.
"Tell me what you know, and there'll be some fun in it for you, I'm sure."Blade of Birds - Artifact - Equipment Whenever equipped creature attacks, you may search your library for a card that shares a name with it, reveal it, then put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. Equip Cawblade running wild with Temptation Owls! Also, Credo of the Ruler says that I'd love to see an Ominous planeswalker. That'd be peachie-keen, you know?
As for Temptation Owl itself... I am a simple man. This is a simple bird. It feels fair. I give it a 9/10.

Neottolemo
The centaur smirks. "We do not know what you are doing. But We recommend you stop, else face the consequences." and vines shot up from the ground underneath them, shooting upwards and keeping pace with the ever growing tower.
Vinegrasp Instant Destroy target creature with flying. Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature you control.
--- Fleur
Ah, but yes, "seems" is a strong word for your language, no? The wind around the book shifts, blowing heavily towards the doorstep. Out of the wind forms a gray apparition, and the wind continues to push against the book.
Ominous Winds Instant Choose one - - Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. - Prevent all noncombat damage that would be dealt this turn. After all, it's never just the wind.
--- Lady Mapi
Death is a bit strong for the child... but perhaps we would see the soldier wallow in anguish...
"Knowledge is so precious dearie, I'm not quite sure I should give it for free." she says, looking at him with a smirk. "Of course, if you plan to kill this Kirino Oblay, I'd be more than happy to help. All I require is some time to... torment her, first. After all, her new host is someone I would enjoy seeing suffer."
Elra-Thelia, the Temptress Legendary Planeswalker - Ominous Elra-Thelia : Draw two cards, then discard two cards unless you discard a creature. : Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn. : Gain control of all creatures until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste. After your next main phase, there is an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase.

Blade of Birds is an interesting idea... a myriad of possibilities, but limited to what you have at your possession... fascinating. 10/10.

Vinegrasp looks like a simple but appropriate Plummet variant. 9/10
As soon as the word 'stop' is uttered, the tower stops growing. "Should I move it far away over the horizon, distant from your eyes? Or should I leave it here?"
Instant Choose one— • Return target permanent to its owner's hand. • Create a 2/2 colorless Construct artifact creature token with vigilance.

In another world, in the eyes of a certain narrator, seems would be a strong word. But the book would argue that it's more like a contradiction. The knife cuts through the wind like butter. The book does not move. This book is many things. But it is not harmless. Vorpal Aspect Enchantment You may cast CARDNAME as though it had flash if you pay more to cast it. Damage can't be prevented. Attacking creatures you control get +1/+0. CARD: Is modal, but I think might still work better at two mana. Just seems a bit weak. 7.5/10.

"I think we have ourselves a deal."Elra-Thelia, the Temptress is a very pretty lady. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how you'd go about discarding a creature instead of a creature card. Other than that... good. 9/10

"I hope I'm not intruding," said the man who clearly did not give a shit about whether or not he was, "but I sensed a powerful magical presence and felt the need to...investigate." Marston gazed upon the figure. "I'm not yet disappointed, if I may say so."Examine With Scrutiny Instant If was spent to cast Examine With Scrutiny, look at target player's hand, then draw a card. Name a nonland card, then each opponent reveals their hand and discards all cards with that name.

Neottolemo The vines ascend, and follow the tower, swaying in a light breeze as it stops moving. "We would like to know exactly what it is you think you are doing. Pillars of light do not exactly suit Us." the centaur said, shifting into the shape of a goblin.Formation Breaker Creature - Goblin Protection from blue ~ has first strike while attacking. 3/1 Design the Formation: Feels like it should say nonland permanent. I don't know if that would raise or lower it's cost, but still. 9/10.

Fleur Just as anticipated. The wind does not move the book, instantly giving away it's nature of not being but a simple book. The gray figure stares at it, before the wind dies down. We see it is alive. Yet, it is of no particular interest.Bored Amalgam Creature - Horror Whenever ~ blocks or becomes blocked by a creature, that creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn. 4/4 Vorpal Aspect: Solid, and I do love me some Rout effects. Don't know how good stopping damage prevention on two+ is. Could be busted or not at all, depends on opponent's deck too. 9/10.

ThatDamnPipsqueak As the man speaks to the air, a breeze blows by, and from it, a male human with brown hair and beady eyes appears in front of him, smirking. "Well, it seems We have someone here who has lost much power. Your strings are covered in a thick layer of dust..." he says, taking a step towards the man. "And you are not mistaken - We are indeed a creature of great magic, for lack of a better term in your languages."Silver Border Spirit of Literalism Creature - Spirit Flying Whenever you would reveal your hand, each player looks at your actual hand instead. 1/3 Examine With Scrutiny: Feels a bit real good when cast for , but feels just right at . Weird to evaluate that, honestly. 8/10.

The pillar flees towards the horizon. "We have talked enough for today, yes?" Lei Koen turns her back on the goblin and begins to walk away, her steps like lemon peel being spinned on a turntable in slow motion.
