Of the top of my head, Dominaria canonically knows about the five colors. Are there any other planes that share that awareness?
The closest I can think of is Mirrodin/New Phyrexia, thanks to the five suns. But that plane was created by a Dominarian native, so...

Although perhaps not calling them colours, the flavour text of Naya Battlemage suggests that they're aware of different "types" of some sort. |

It's possible that Ravnica is at least tangentially aware of the different colors of mana, either as a whole, or in the personage of only a select few (i.e. Niv Mizzet).
