I am assuming from your title line that you are a Mac User.
First, I don't have a Mac, so I don't have an immediate solution but I am interested in helping create a tutorial for MAC users so we can expand the number of people using MSE.
The run program is the mse.exe file.
But, without a native install of MSE from original source code (which is currently beyond my ability), you may have to use a Windows emulator of some sort to run the program. I know that some Mac's used to have a native emulator but looking at the old forums ( link 1 / link 2) it appears that several members tried to use something called WINE to work the code.
