So after last PT, Medranos has had a few... setbacks, so unfortunately we won't be able to play there for a while, so instead the next Korakhos Standard Pro Tour will be played in Khaliz-Dorahn, which is finally recovering from the devastation caused by the Evil One!
Since Khaliz-Dorahn will be rotating after my next set is released (which will hopefully be soon), I decided to send it away in a blaze of glory! This will be the second Korakhos Standard, and after the last one, some cards have been nerfed in order to avoid some OP interactions last Pro Tour had (*coff* Abzan Superfriends *coff*)
Let's remember the top players of last tournament:
1) Sylphiod
2) Windy
3) Herzi
And some of the major changes are:
1) Orriana Galerider no longer proliferates (this was pretty bonkers for a 0 ability)
2) Planeswalker's Stamina now costs
3) Hampering Geyser now stops itself from untapping for a turn as well
4) A lot more Awakening cards have Infect now to allow for a stronger take at the archetype
5) The cost of most Rebels has been reduced so you can actually play them in an aggro deck (and some Soldier token creators are now Rebel creators)
6) Some blue, black and red creatures in TOW are now artifacts so artifacts are actually playable
7) Valina's Aid now searches for power 2 or less instead of 1 or less
8) Wurmbrood Forest is no longer a strictly better Forest
9) Deadly Manipulation has finally been nerfed and unbanned (hopefully for the last time!)
10) Stuff I don't recall right now
The following sets are currently legal in Korakhos Standard and there's no banlist as of now:
