Frost Adept Creature - Human Wizard When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, tap target creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step. CARDNAME can't be blocked as long as your devotion to blue is 5 or greater. 2/2

Derived from Ukko, the finnish god of the sky, weather, harvest and thunder. EDIT: Just realized that it doesn't fit LIMIT #127 as I thought it to do because it doesn't add three devotion to any color, only three devotion to colors. As I probably don't have time today anymore to make a new one, I retract myself from this round. {Not fitting entry}

And it's judging time!
Very cool flavor and a fun idea in general. It will basically just say „creatures you control can't be blocked this turn“ most times it's cast but the card is very cool nonetheless.
Ice age counts as arctic flavor and snow landwalk anyways. A 2/2 that's sometimes unblockable for three colored mana is a bit weak though, considering that Dryad Sophisticate only costs and is usually better. The flavor text is nice although the quotation marks indicate that somebody is actually saying the quote.
Almost everything is spot on with this card. The flavor is cool, the triggered ability, the evasion... The only two things I dislike are, first, that it's not a yeti which seems like an obvious choice especially considering the fitting artwork. And second, the mana cost is very unappealing, at least in my eyes. Hybrid mana or snow mana would both have been fine but both rat the same time seems a bit like you couldn't decide which one to choose and just did both. It might be a bit pushed but I'd argue that the card could have costed either or ::U/B::::U/B::. But don't let my nitpicking fool you, it's a great card overall.
Flavorful and definitely playable, at least in commander. I like it although it could be kind of oppressive against some decks. (The 2-toughness and flying ability help to mitigate that, though.)
This looks like it could be part of an interesting cycle. I like it as a nice little limited card that's kind of strong if you have the devotion thing going and still okay if you don't. Perhaps it could have been a bit stronger but I'm fine with it as it is.
A three colored mana cost on an uncommon is a rare sight. I'm actually not sure whether there are actual cards that precede this except for three colored uncommons of Alara or Tarkir. However, in a dedicated monocolor set I can totally see it. The card is pretty basic in what it does but that's okay.
Yeah, you forgot one limit, unfortunately. Designing a god from Finnish mythology seems like a far stretch because almost nobody knows about it, but in an appropriate set it could be a thing. Hey, we also got Welsh mythology, didn't we? Your card is cool and I expecially like how the fact that you put all lands revealed into your hand makes for more interesting scry decisions.
{And the winner is...} Flo00! With FLAREdirector as the runner up. A lot of solid entries this time around but Flo00 had the coolest overall package.
Thanks for participating!

Thanks ameisenmeister! Didn't expect at all to win with this. Wass kind of meant as a half-joke. I'm glad it worked LIMIT #57: Color intensive! Your card has three or more of the same mana symbol in its mana cost. (Thanks, Icarael!) LIMIT #93: Let's give thanks. Your card benefits all players at the table! (Thanks, gateways7!) LIMIT #139: Adventure time! You card has an adventure! (Thanks Flo00!)I'm looking forward to see your entries on this. Could someone be so nice as to update the limits on the first page? Thanks a lot!

Aspirant Mountaineer Creature - Kor Scout Whenever a land enters the battlefield, its controller gains 2 life. "Nothing beats the view from the very top of Zendikar."3/3 // Distant View Instant - Adventure Search your library for a basic Plains card, reveal it, and put it into your hand.

Grandior Hydra Creature - Hydra CARDNAME enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it. At the beginning of each player's precombat main phase, that player adds an amount of mana equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on CARDNAME in any combination of colors, and can spend that mana only to cast creature spells. 0/0 Edit: Withdrawn, forgot a limit. Good luck folks.

Still not sure if this ought to be bumped up to rare, but I'm happy with it anyway. The flavor of the Adventure is that it's shrieking so loudly that everyone can hear it, and the shriek fills your mind with forbidden knowledge (draw cards) at the cost of sanity (discard card). Also I think this is a cool take on loot and rummage effects tbh.

Sorry for the delay in judging. I don't even have a good excuse for it. Here it is now: {thaneofglamis}I think the Mountaineer is a bit weak for the agressive cost. Everything else fits nicely together. The adventure has a good connection to the creature in flavor and mechanics. Also thumbs up for being the only one with flavor text.
{gamma3}Even if this is disqualified. I like the ability. It's a nice example of a symmetric effect that you can make good use of while your opponents might not have that much of an advantage out of it, depending on thier deck.
{viriss}Good card. Combines well with itself. I like how you can make good use of the advanture while your opponents might not be so lucky if their decks doesn't support it well.
{FLAREdirector}That's an interesting mill card. The loot-rummage conveys the flaver pretty good, while being a bit of a weird effect. I think this can be the most fun in the right limited environment.
{inferno390}That's really crazy adventure you're having here. Even if it is symmetric, I think putting a big bunch of Elephants of the battlefield should be a bit more expensive. The Dinosaur makes for a fun tribal card. After googling what a pachyosaur is, it also makes me wonder how that card would look like.

Thanks for the win! Your next challenge is:
LIMIT #14: Go, gadget, go: Your card is an artifact. LIMIT #79: Get a life. No, really: your card must involve lifegain. (Thanks, jacqui-pup!) LIMIT #140: The Tour de France - your card has a cycling ability or cares about cycling! (Thanks, thaneofglamis!)
Cycling might not be the flashiest mechanic in Ikoria, but I'm hugely excited for it!

{Old Entry}Not exactly lifegain, but is damage prevention is similar enough to count? Etherium Augmenter Artifact Creature - Human Artificer As Etherium Augmenter enters the battlefield, choose a color. Etherium Augmenter has protection from the chosen color. Cycling When you cycle ~, until end of turn prevent all damage dealt by sources of the color of your choice until end of turn. 2/2
