Primary Question: Is there a way to disable or hide certain choices for a Card Field within the "style" file.
Within the Pokemon Templates there is an aspect I've assigned as a choice card field called Stages. The Problem is that different vintages of Pokemon cards use different Stage choices. Example: The Neo & E-Card vintage cards have Baby/Basic/Stage 1/Stage 2, whereas the HeartGold & SoulSilver vintage cards only have the core Basic/Stage 1/Stage 2.
Currently I am solving this problem by setting three (so far) different Card Fields based upon the choice options, I link these using the default: to a script. This allows a person to switch between the different templates without losing the "Stage" setting. This works ok but also gives the user a "Default" option at the beginning of the choices that I can't make go away.
I've been looking at the coding in some of the other templates and I haven't found any way to do this yet.
One possibility I've wondered about is when activating the field in the "game" file there are some options you can put below each choice. I mostly see this with multiple choice fields (changing to "type: radio" etc), but if there was some way to link the choice to a script then I could change the script in each "style" file. There might also be some way within the actual card styles as well but I hold out less hope that this is possible.
