Venicles were a really new type of Magic card. Artifacts with P/T but without creature type? Why not! So I decided to turn it up to eleven. What if SORCERIES had P/T box? Why? Well, let the ability explain: Incarnate <cost> allows you to pay that cost when casting this sorcery from your hand. In that case it is cast as Creature-Incarnation not sorcery. All cards with that ability also have an effect that allows you to cast them straight from the battlefield when something happens. Isn't it cool? Example:

I'm not strictly sure this works within the rules - and it has some weird interactions. E.g., if you cast Cloudshift on this it won't return to the battlefield. It's also kinda wordy in this incarnation

Artifact creatures having creature types is only a fairly recent thing (Invasion block), and even then it wasn't until much more recently that they've been getting types universally.
It's also very easy to forget that, first things first, Vehicles are artifact creatures with a side-grade keyword that can't really do anything unless said keyword is activated. This is why they have printed P/T and why their other abilities tend to be useless unless they're creatures.
As to your card, I can't see why anyone except the desperate would want to use an Incarnation spell. There are far more ways to remove creatures from the board than there are ways to counter a spell or discard a card from hand, and the latter two aren't generally guaranteed to get rid of the Int/Sor in hand.
And Voltaic-qui is correct: If an attempt is made to put a card into a zone it doesn't belong in (cards you own into other players' non-graveyard zones, Int/Sor to the battlefield) the card remains in the zone where it is. This adds more means of removing the Incarnation by flickering it. This is because a card that leaves the battlefield for any reason (save Phasing) does not "remember" its prior status, and so everything reverts to the card's base state - which in this case is an Instant, meaning the game rules block its return to the battlefield and leave it in exile.

Few clarifications: 1)This mechanic is the key mechanic in the set I'm making, meaning it will likely have a lot of support to make playing Incarnate spell as creature more worthy. 2)This mechanic was based off it's flavor which is a wizard or a druid or other spellcaster, instead of releasing a spell, forces it into a form of a creature. 3) It works within the rules, we already have a mechanic that changes the spell type while the spell with this mechanic is in the stack and there is no rule that'd prevent casting cards from the battlefield

1 ) Having a lot of support doesn't change the fact that there is a lot more ways to mitigate creatures, and in all colours, than there is means to counter or mitigate an Int/Sor in U and B.
3 ) Bestow does not exactly work that way per the comp rules. By paying the bestow cost you're casting an Aura spell, not a creature spell, from the word go. The only time it changes type mid-cast is if the Aura would fizzle (i.e. be countered due to SBEs). (Comp Rules 702.102b-e)

I agree with both of them, and creatures from sorceries is not even new.
If you want to do this with a set then use creature tokens (it removes the rules problems). You are simply talking about changing Vitality Charm into something like Squirrel Charm {Squirrel Charm}
