For those of you who don't know, CGB revealed his Secret Shame: he ran four Mesa Falcons at Pro Tour 1, and, like any entertainer worth their salt, he's now leaning in on that shit, hard. Just like John Oliver and his avian resemblance jokes. So, in honor of that, I want you all to pretend that there's a new format where the most powerful creature allowable is Mesa Falcon, and build me a deck for said format. Let's make all of little Danny Wagner's dreams come true! P.S. I WILL be linking the results of this Challenge to CGB's twitter account. Did you really think I wouln't? I have to! Please remember: You're not allowed to vote for yourselves. |

{Comments}As promised this is for the most part a recreation of an old deck of mine. Funnily enough, these weak Kobolds really are the only creatures whom can be combined with Cloudstone Curio to create an infinite storm count. This version is lacking a Simian Spirit Guide playset due to the challenge restrictions compared to the original - also that mana base clearly is merely a quickly thrown together cash pile. |
