The Other Game

Inspired by the Other Card Game Design channel on the discord.
Grab your favorite non-magic card game. Here are the rules:

• The judge will pick a game other than magic the gathering. (Try not to pick a game someone else picked recently unless you have a creative challenge.)
• They will issue a challenge to design card(s) for that game.
• Each contestant completes the challenge set by the judge.
• After the week is over, the judge chooses the best entry, and the winner becomes the judge.
  
  

Here's the first challenge:

Design a promo for Fluxx. It may consist of one or more cards, but they should be cohesive and make sense to slot into an existing fluxx edition.
