Question for clarification. If you receive a verb, does it have to be that exact word, or can it be a form of it? IE, if you get erase, can you use erased?

I got insert, giant, chain, pour, and sway. I have no idea what I would have made without giant; that was a pretty good one to get.
Chain the Heedless  Instant  Chain the Heedless costs less to cast if it targets a Giant. Tap target creature. It doesn’t untap during its controller’s next untap step. Draw a card. Swaying a giant is usually not a very difficult task. Inserting uncertainty and pouring doubt into its head can entertain a trickster for hours.

This is a very interesting challenge. My words are: faint, hall, tree, empty, moan. I'll start working on an entry.
Some feedback:
Scent of Iron and Gold- Fun! Buying cards to actually gain ownership is a pretty simple idea that adds a lot of possibility. It's good design even if it'd never be printed IRL.
Majestic Sphinx- Interesting ability. I like that it supports auras, and the resemblance to Monstrous is nice.
Chain the Heedless- Nice and simple. Targeted hate card but with general utility.
Tempting Taverness- I like the intended line of play with this card, but I think the wording needs changed. Since this effect is supposed to be a constant thing, you can't really use 'replace', since that's supposed to be used for one-time effects like on Overload or Trait Doctoring. For constant effects you would want to use wording like Notion Thief. |

kazerima : You realize that's essentially "Target creature loses indestructible until end of turn. Destroy that creature", which is kinda out of color for , right? It's intended as a twist on Terminate, except instead of outright destroying a creature it destroys it using the game rules. Power/Toughness reversal is a Red mechanic the last time I checked, and this was meant to work in the same design space. Thinking more on this, it also seems especially Red of a mechanic since Indestructible is a hallmark mechanic of Artifacts (particularly Darksteel), and Red is the color that focuses most heavily on artifact and artifact creature removal, as well as hard removal in general. Also, the color most immune to this effect with a focus on +1/+1 counters is Green, the color allied with both Red and White. |

My words were obey, second-hand, rate, treatment, and drill. I'll try to come up with something and edit this comment later. Here goes: Threatening Treatment Artifact When Threatening Treatment enters the battlefield, put a drill counter on target creature. ,  : Target creature with a drill counter on it obeys you this turn.
