I noticed a lack of places to put ideas that one didn't want to design cards around, so I'm making one.
If you want to participate in this thread, please list ideas separately by post. Yes, this is different from all the other rules about posting, but I'm doing it this way so that anyone who wants to draw inspiration for card designs can link back to the individual idea without having to specify which one, as there will only be one idea per post.
The section on cycling gave me this idea:
Commander cycling

, Exile this from your command zone: Draw a card. X is the amount of commander tax you have to pay to cast this.)
