Welcome to the Deckbuilders' Challenge originally created by sdfkjgh! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a deck along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! At the end of every two weeks, a winner will be determined by forum poll, and the winner decides the challenge for the next fortnight's Contest!

(Modern, Budget) {Comments}It all started when a friend in my playgroup asked me the question... "Can you turn Duals into Equipment?" It turns out, not only can you do that, you can make an ultra budget Modern legal deck out of it! This deck acts like its a durdly mono-red pile of cards with a weird choice of duals that seems to be looting a lot.... that is, until we play Bludgeon Brawl and suddenly turn all our artifact duals into equipments with equip  ! Slap all your lands on a Champion of the Flame or a Fireblade Charger and go to town with your giant "Dual" wielding creature or burn spell.For ultra-budget, replace Galvanic Blast with Flame Slash, and for nonbudget, replace either MV1 equipment or Valduk with Mox Opal. |
