I know there is a way to rotate a text box, but is there a way to bend a text box or have text rendered in a arc?

Not in MSE, no. I've seen a game or two that would need it but it may be out of reach.

you'd need to make some system that scripted a predefined limit of characters at the various angles and offsets. wouldn't be able to do it "inline" in a normal textbox; you'd need an invisible textbox that gets mirrored
