viriss{Spoiler}First: I LOVE the concept. I am unsure on balance as I'm pretty sure I would have no real points of comparison on existing cards. I'm torn on whether this is such a powerful and disruptive effect it should cost more or if its fine this way. I do think the second effect combined with the first is a bit overkill though. Flo00{Spoiler}Discarding is a steep cost. Meriadoc Brandybuck is the only card I found with even partially similar effect that aren't dependent on itself attacking when it comes to producing a food token as a result. Given the steep cost here + the extra vulnerability of creatures, I think it's fair to say the effect on your card is about on par with Meriadoc's, for the first one anyway, which is already at the same mana value kinda. I do think the second effect is somewhat balanced by the cost of food tokens, but other players also triggering it can really bombard whomever is cursed. I think I would've raised this card's cost by at least.I do like the flavor of getting candy or getting tricked, though with the trick being the cost I think there's a flavor fail there. Winner {Spoiler}Victory goes to viriss ! Both were really close in balance and concept, but overall I really prefer what Viriss did there, even if I think Flo00 had the slight edge balance-wise.

vizionarius{Spoiler}This is really interesting, not just not a creature originally, but just a pure enchantment with bestow. Taking into account examples that give you hexproof (where cards that are more difficult to remove, AKA non-creature, tend to cost around 4 mana for this effect, whereas in creature it's more around 2 mana) and Palliation Accord while taking into account its age, I think the card's main mode should cost 4-5 mana. Probably 4, though this is also to account for its versatility. The other mode would also be pretty finely priced on its own considering Mirror Shield, but an important detail about Bestow is that the card with bestow stays even if the one it's enchanting goes, so the bestow cost should always be higher than the non-bestow cost. elchetibo{Spoiler} Darksteel Myr with defender and giving a bunch of keywords (that aren't really balanced between each other, likelink or menace having nothing on double strike...really should've been first strike if you went with that). An intriguing design, though I'm not sure if this is intended for Magic Arena. You don't really just give something permanently in normal Magic. If you're in digital you have give perpetually, and that lasts even after the card leaves the field. On the other hand, paper magic has keyword counters. Neither of those things was mentioned here. It's hard to say whether the cost justifies the benefits of the bestow here, especially since sacrificing the card while it's an aura doesn't give you the usual 'out' of bestow cards of them lasting even when the enchanted creature dies. Flo00{Spoiler}I assume, since you're pretty much playing this on an opponent's creature with the bestow, that the creature not giving its stats when it's an aura was purpose. At a glance it seems pretty decently balanced, a one use one mana 2/2 and a bestow with the option to either act as a pacifism or doomblade (in your opponent's control thoigh). melono{Spoiler}Considering Neighborhood Guard, I think you could afford to reduce the prices here by . The enchanted creature isn't even getting Glitterborn's stats by default. gluestick248{Spoiler}Cost should probably be reduced by since the card is a vanilla 0/4 in its normal mode. Otherwise, fine card. Winner

The Case of a Broken Heart Enchantment - Case At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life. - To Solve - You lost 5 or more life this turn. (If unsolved, solve at the beginning of your end step.)- Solved - If a source you control would deal damage to an opponent or a permanent that player controls or protects, it deals double that damage to that player or permanent instead. {Overshare} My now ex-fiance returned the ring and broke up with me recently. Completely forgot this one. I don't have much time right now, so I'll leave this open until approximately Wednesday. {Idea}The first ability is a great chaotic political tool. I think it could use Conjured Currency's "you neither own nor control." The rest of the card kind of runs aginst the first ability. Your opponent(s) can allways not give you the case back to deny you its ability. I guess you want to play this in a deck where you gain control of your opponent's stuff anyway. In case (pun intended) you don't, the case is going to solve itself faster on your opponent's side, since it counts itself. I think both parts are fun and interesting on their own, they just don't combine well. {viriss}Kind of funny to have a case that makes itself harder to solve over time. The solved ability is good but not great, so its even ok to just use this for its first ability if you manifest something that you can't get rid of right away.
{vizionarius}On the surface it looks quite dumb to play a card that mainly hurts you. But doubling your damage for 2 mana is quite good. I'd love to see this in a deck with Anthem of Rakdos. Funny that you explicitly also included battles. viriss wins.

Next challenge: Aura card with "Enchant enchantment"

Flo00 to be clear, my intent with that case is to take advantage of blue's typical arsenal of bouncing and flickering, and in other cases just outright taking control of something, giving you means to retrieve your card. Even if you didn't and your opponent didn't exchange the card back, that'd effectively make this a mind control.

Idea Had to read it three times but I got it! Love it. I wonder if Ward would be better. Flo00 "My Armadillo Cloak died in my arms, but then I felt better." elchetibo I like the "turn off" effect, but for rare I'd also like to see it turn off whatever it was enchanting if the target is an Aura. But that would get wordy. vizionarius Double-whammy! Winner vizionarius , runner up Idea

Next: Make non-Aura, non-creature enchantment that taps for some ability.

At first I was gonna argue that enchantments don't tap unless mixed with other types (or in something intentionally weird/subversive like future sight), but then I spotted Urza's Saga and realized this convention is already broken.
