Wilds of Eldraine: Out of the Swamp

Feeling compelled to make a tribute in the wake of Steve Harwell's passing, and because Shrek is thusly fresh on my mind, I made a WOE-style Shrek commander. I feel like it's a little under tuned, but I'm willing to be proven wrong.
