so right off the gate

- the color pie is a fundamental part of mtg design; it differentiates the five different colors from each other mechanically and, to a lesser extent, flavorfully, making them distinct in a way that forces a player to make engaging deckbuilding choices based on what they want to do. these walkers violate it all over the place: Lily makes unrestricted mana and destroys permanents in monowhite, Acacia has lifelink in monoblue, Glane deals damage without needing a creature source and destroys creatures in monogreen, Ura does damage to any target in monoblack, and Araes makes unrestricted mana in monoblue. playing with the color pie can work, but just flat out ignoring it to put whatever effect you like wherever isn't going to be received well

- the balance is also off the charts; I would recommend looking through several recent sets and the planeswalkers printed there for a sense of a good power level to start off from, because these plus abilities are ridiculously powerful compared to that

- the Ruler mechanic would also require the planeswalkers with it to be at least slightly worse than they'd usually be, given how they let you tutor them from deck to hand for the low low cost of two mana, which gives them additional utility

- relatively minor quibble, but I think Tari should just use +1/+1 counters, Wizards phased out stuff like +2/+3 counters for a reason; more types of counters = harder to track individual types of counters. this may not matter that much if you don't intend to actually have anyone play these cards, but even as a hypothetical art piece I think people should consider practical playability as a design principle

it looks like you've got ideas for cool characters and you wanna make them work within the framework of mtg. that's fine, that's where a lot of people start. and I'm sure they have potential. but for it to really work within the framework of mtg, you need to understand the framework. gotta know the rules before you can break them. maybe it'd be helpful to start with looking at the color pie and the effects each color gets, looking at what you want your characters to do as cards, and figuring out what colours would work best
