 Thoughts on the cost for this card? I want to make it a fairly cheap base that gets more expensive if you want to do a full board reorganization. |

I honestly think this could actually be just  if it affects creatures, or maybe with only a small increase in base costs it could even affect any kind of permanent (perhaps swapping only between permanents of the same type). |
