I was hoping to know if there was templates made for the Streets of New Capenna, Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, Dominaria United, Crimson Vow and Midnight Hunt showcase frames, a J22 front, Unfinity acorn and Universes Beyond holofoil stamps, a Universes Beyond template, an MTGA template, an Innistrad: Double Feature Template, Eldraine adventure showcase template, and a M15 Fulltext template.
If you know where to find any if these templates please let me know!

I keep trying to find new templates in this forum too, but it is so hard to search through it ... The last I found was Neon Dynasty and Crimsom Vow/Midnight Hunt, but it was almost by accident that stumbled upon it because I had given up looking for it.

Cajun is the most prolific provider of templates, and they seem to be on hiatus. (I do wish them well and am glad they're taking a break if they need one.)

I'm currently working on all of the showcase templates. They won't all be 100% accurate, particularly the Eldraine one from MOM because the changes made to the official one look terrible and I plan to make some personal changes to make the frame look nicer, but I'll make them all available when they're done.

If you know of other templates that are done/being made, please let it be known, either here on the forum, or on the discord servers. Template making is a very time consuming process, doing the same work multiple times is just a massive waste.

I don't find it a waste of my time. I use Photoshop instead of MSE to make custom cards, as I have some of my own custom frames and I prefer the higher image quality. I actually think most if not all of the Planeshifted frames in MSE are made from my photoshop template. There are also times, like with the newer frames, where Wizards was lazy and made choppy looking frames. Like with the Ravnica showcase frames; the nameplate has an error on the right side that looks terrible, so I'm fixing it as I make the template. I also go all out when I make the templates and make versions of the templates for every kind of frame, i.e. standard, flip, leveler, saga/class, dfc, etc. If anyone would be interested in taking my photoshop templates and converting them into MSE templates, that would actually make things a lot less time consuming for me. Then I can focus on creating the Photoshop templates, and you all can use the frames in MSE.

I chose my words poorly. I simply meant that we as a community should try to avoid doing the same work twice, because people like you who are willing to put in the work are unfortunately way too rare.
If you have blanks I'll be happy to handle to coding part and turn them into templates!
