Deep in the halls of Castle Omen, there is a chamber with a dead god and a god barely born. The nurse is the only one allowed to enter, and, until the god matures, the only one allowed to leave. His job is to take care of it and make sure all its needs are met. By his looks, he is a boy of no more than fifteen years. He has lived for far longer than that, though only recently sparked. His soul is bound with the god, aging at the glacial pace of the divine. His duties increasingly require him to run errands on other planes, including the Arena. Though there is a slight uncanniness to his movements, his manners are impeccable and he has a warm and ebulient disposition.
You are in a cave, and rather far underground. The dripping of water complements your footsteps, and everything is pitch black. (Do you have a light source?...Do you need one to see?) You are running an errand for your god. (What is the errand? Have you run it before?) But the cave is...interrupted. The first sign you see of it is a glint of light off the stone, from around the corner. Turning the corner, you can see it in the distance, a bright point, then a square, and then the details... The water-carved bedrock gives way to a new sort of stone, a floor smooth and grey, carved into perfect squares. Torches line walls of brick, the flickering and shifting light revealing even the slightest roughness. (Have you seen a dungeon before?) It’s a hallway. You can see it go maybe thirty meters before taking a turn. (What do you do?)
Like many children, The God That Will Be is fascinated by by small objects such as rocks, baubles, and other miscellania. Like many children, it has a tendency to lose them.
"I had no idea I would fall tired this soon. I had expected it to be at least a week from now. This was supoosed to take less than an hour, but I've thouroughly lost myself." Arzokn mutters to himself, seemingly unaware that he is speaking. Something catches his eye. "Is this cave someone's property? They appear to have built a network of basements here, much lke the one in the palace," He continues, befoer senfing out a messenger dream to scout ahead for potential dangers and/or try to resolve the situation diplomatically.
