I'm using MSE to work on a Yu-Gi-Oh! RUSH DUEL project, and everything is going splendidly except 1 annoying detail. I'm trying to print proxies front & back, but when I try to print the backs, the images don't align. I've read that these problems can be due to inconsistency with printers, but, every time my problem is that I'm left with about one tenth of an inch of white space on the left side of my image. After measuring the margins, I realized the card images actually aren't centered you print them. Is there any sort of workaround for this? Thanks in advance for any answers!

Nope.
EDIT: Okay, I realize that's not helpful. You're better off printing that front and back separately and then gluing them together, so you're in control of the alignment. Or, my solution, print the front on adhesive label paper, cut it out, and then stick it onto an actual card. You are sacrificing the card.

Nope. Or, my solution, print the front on adhesive label paper, cut it out, and then stick it onto an actual card. You are sacrificing the card. That's what I do. Just be careful what card types and colors you use so they don't show through. Counter intuitively, swamps work the best. Plains are the worst.
