Thoughts? I really liked the idea of going back or forward in time, but I'm not sure if it's balanced.

This is definitely an interesting concept - but yeah, tough to balance since extra turns tend to be quite powerful.
A small nitpick to start with: See the D&D cards like You See a Guard Approach for a proper formating. You basically only say "Choose X or Y" when that choice matters permanents like on the Siege cycle. The biggest issue is creature and/or enchantment destruction not being in red's slice of the Color Pie - even with that artwork I kind of get why you chose red for the ability..

I'd suggest white then - since black is supposed to have some restrictions as far as destroying your own (negative) enchantments is concerned..
