Hello,
A friend of mine send me 6 sets of cards created with the MSE (I have the latest version of the program). Unfortunately, however, some do not open. I would like to understand if it's my problem or the files. Would anyone be willing to try opening these sets with their program to see if they work? Thanks in advance for the help.

Feliskun Are any of the sets using specific templates or borders/frames? (E.g. Old border, Godzilla frame, etc...)

You are asking if we can take a look at the sets, but you have not provided a link to download them.

I looked at the Chandra set. It's using templates that are not part of the full pack. These templates are the following:
m21-showcase ( Example of a card using this template in the set: "Muro di Fiamme" )
m21-planeshifted-planeswalker ( Example of a card using this template in the set: "Chandra, Furia delle Fiamme" )
Your best bet is to ask your friend where he downloaded these two templates, and download them from the exact same source.

My friend downloaded everything on this site where we are having a conversation (https://magicseteditor.boards.net/). I'm trying to look for the templates you reported to me, but I can't find them. I will continue in the search ...

Maybe your friend can give you the files. In his MSE folder, there should be a folder called 'data'. In that folder, he should have two folders named:
magic-m21-showcase.mse-style
magic-m21-planeshifted-planeswalker.mse-style
Copy these two folders inside your 'data' folder.

Thanks to your advice I was able to solve, now I can open all the decks. I have only one last problem: unfortunately the card shows the wrong font and not the correct one (Beleren or Magic Medieval). Obviously I installed the fonts on my PC and tried to use them on Microsoft Word, where they work perfectly. But in MSE the font is correct only in the type of the card (Artifact for example) and it is wrong in the text of the card and in the name. How can I solve?

Generally if the fonts are installed on your PC MSE should be using them as well. Is your MSE installation located in Program Files by any chance?
