You know how newer legendary cards have that squiggly frame? How do I get it to look like that?

The default card style is M15 Style. Change it (at the top, by clicking "Style") to M15 Mainframe.
As long as you're just looking for a standard legendary frame, this style will automatically change the frame to the Legendary one when you put "legendary" into the card's type line.
Edit: Oh. I didn't realise this was from April of last year. Whoops.
