Summer Bloom is between Stream of Life and Trained Armodon. Unfortunately, 9th Edition (the set that brought Summer Bloom into Modern) was a reprint only set. If I had to pick an uncommon green Sorcery that was printed before 9th, fits the collector's number, and has no non-evergreen keywords...
I would want Three Visits, but Ninth Edition already has Rampant Growth. So I would probably go with Sylvan Scrying.
This is not a submission, just some musings.

justnobodyThankfully the reprint is from the earliest set the appears in. So you can go to visions and fix summer bloom in visions.

Rampaging Ferocidon did nothing wrong Pintooth Ferocidon Creature — Dinosaur Enrage — Whenever Pintooth Ferocidon is dealt damage, it deals 1 damage to target opponent or creature an opponent controls. : Pintooth Ferocidon deals 1 damage to another target creature you control. 1/4

kinotherapy: You're right about Rampaging Ferocidon having done nothing wrong, as it was yet another victim of the Standard Shakeup. It was meant as a hate card for the CopyCat combo, and was highly pushed as a result (who wants an answer card that just isn't good enough to run?). It's just that with the banning of Felidar Guardian, it turns out that Ferocidon was pushed so much, it became a threat in its own right, especially when combined with the rest of the ultrafast Ramunap Red shell.
Tl;dr: We're only now just beginning to enter the era when the Standard Shakeup's repercussions will have died down.

I always thought it was weird that the Suspend cycle from Time Spiral ( Restore Balance, Ancestral Vision, Living End, Wheel of Fate, and Hypergenesis) were all attempts to rebalance old, broken cards. All of them except for one: Hypergenesis. So, in that spirit, there's two good reasons to remake Hypergenesis! Both to make it balanced, and to make it fit the cycle as a rebalancing of an old, broken card. In this case, the card I'm basing it off of is Channel (if you couldn't immediately tell ). I think Channel is a much more balanced effect for this, since you don't get to just automatically put Emrakuls into play; now you'd have to actually pay life to make it work, which would likely put most players into bolt range. It gives the card much more counterplay, so the opponent doesn't just auto-lose. It also allows Hypergenesis to be useful in more than just Emrakul cheating decks- it could be used for a much wider range of decks that want the extra mana.

Show and Tell was meant to be a "fixed" Eureka. And this is all rather serendipitous, as yesterday, I just finished writing about Eureka for No Reservations II.

Yeah, you're both correct - I remembered Eureka before reading your clarifications I really shouldn't post here on the bus while on my way home after work (Btw sdfkjgh, you'll receive a mail in a few hours)

There are different ways to tackle this challenge - from directly "fixing" the banned cards to completely replacing it. I wanted to stay as close to the original GDS challenge as possible, so I only kept the original artwork but completely revamped the card's ability. Then again, the design isn't completely new - it's my take on a Sleight of Hand colorshifted into red:
This thread is now closed, the poll can be found here. And here's the next challenge!
