Is there a way to delete fonts?

I've been using this software to make custom vanguard cards, and recently installed fonts. However, I've found that they decrease readability despite looking fancier and wish to undo them. How would I go about doing that? I can't seem to locate them on my computer. I'm also sorry if this is the wrong place for this but I've had trouble navigating the forum page.
