I propose that, for consistency, we encode these by adding "H/" in front of the relevant normal hybrid. Green-blue phyrexian hybrid would be "H/G/U". This way the phyrexian mana code is always made my adding the same prefix to any other mana to bephyrexianized compleated.
So Tamiyo, Compleated Sage's mana cost would be 2GH/G/UU.
