Makes more sense as a land cycle, don't you think?
A few other points: Three of these don't tap to sacrifice and two of them do. Tapping enchantments is unusual and kind of pointless since they shouldn't be tapped for any reason anyway. I definitely prefer the "gain control" red one as well. It's a more interesting effect and the damage to self from the alternate is too much of a drawback.

So, I don't know if those names are final, but right now they bug me. You have 3 different naming convention in one single cycle:
The city of [Proper Noun] (White) The city of [Noun] (Blue & Black) [Proper Noun], the [Modifier] city (Red & Green)
Ideally, the name of each card in the cycle should follow the same naming convention. Or have all five cards use a different convention. Because the minute 2 or more cards in a cycle share a similar name, this create an expectation.
