II. – Remove all counters from another target permanent.
III. – You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, draw two cards and create a 1/3 black Frog creature token with reach.
IV. – You may sacrifice a Frog. If you do, each opponent loses 3 life and you create Yargle, a legendary black 9/3 Frog Spirit creature token.
