Perfect crime is perfect mechanically, but I'd swap "are no longer" for "are not". Fewer words tend to be cleaner.
A note on In Memoriam, most commander games never see a commander actually die. Being a commander basically grants "Whenever this card would go to anywhere other than the stack or battlefield, its owner may put it into the command zone instead." So unless you have a commander at the table that actually likes dying, I don't think this one works as written. An alternative templating you might try would be: "Whenever a commander creature dies or returns to the command zone from the battlefield..." This would make it more likely to behave the way I think you want it to behave.
I really like Shared Experience but as much as I tend to loath reminder text, I feel like the card needs it here.
Isolated Retreat is cute, but I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. It feels a bit awkward because it seems like it wants to be knowledge pool for permanents (something the zedruu deck I dream of building one day would love), but it doesn't put any permanents in the pool when it enters the battlefield.
I don't really put much thought into rarity and just go with my gut unless other people tell me my gut is wrong, but these all like they'd be comfortable at either rare or mythic; and when your playing commander, rarity's mostly asthetic anyway (the only formats that care where rarity matters that I'm aware of are sealed draft, silver-borders, pauper, and peasant; none of which are commander (by default)...

Perfect Crime: What hhh said, plus the second ability could be worded more simply: "At the beginning of your next upkeep, the monarch gains control of up to two artifacts you control." In Memoriam: There was actually a recent rules update that made it so dying commanders visit the graveyard before going to the command zone, so they technically did die! (Check the specific wording of rule 903.9a if you're curious.) In Memoriam is worded fine. Shared Experiences: Definitely a fun card for commander, but it should be worded "Spells in players' hands have assist." I'm not sure if "assisting a spell" is in the game's vocab, so I would just word it "Whenever a player spends two or more mana to cast a spell they don't control," but as-is it's easy enough to grok so it's not a huge issue. I also agree with hhh that it probably needs reminder text.
Isolated Retreat: Enchantments aren't supposed to have tap abilities. I would recommend changing it to an artifact, or just putting a once-per-turn limit on the ability.
As for rarity, I think Perfect Crime, In Memoriam, and Isolated Retreat could be rare and Shared Experiences should stay mythic. None of them would really fit at uncommon.

Good: I've always felt that part of the rules didn't grok good. It is a slight buff to Tormod and Desecrated Tomb, but that's unimportant in the grand scheme of things.
