Which template/game?
For most of them, you need to edit the template's style file in a plaintext editor (such as Notepad), but some templates and games allow you to change the font via the style tab in the program itself.

Look for the style file for those templates. (Each template is in its own folder in the data folder, and the style file for that template should be in that folder.) Open it in a text editor (i.e. Notepad).
