I cleaned up the meld 3 in 1 template with the help of cyber chronometer. long story short: don't try turning the 'three cards' style off in the style tab. since the canvas size can't change in MSE2, you'll just run into weirdness.
But now you can change the transformation circles to any of the symbols used in inistrad or shadows as well as the future sight card type symbols. Big shout out to cyberchronometer for his help!
