Lady Mapi Rudara didn't respond to his sudden presence besides a quick glance in his direction. Yes, it was him. The self-confident voice, the inflection in his words. That attitude he had when something caught his interest. From what she could detect, something else had found him too. "You would be correct, if you had not noticed the adjoining piece," she lays a finger near the piece in question, hidden somewhat behind the complex mechanics in the region. "It prevents the shaft from being ground against the integral parts here, while providing the piece necessary flexibility while in use."
{Response Card - Backup Piece} "Quite ingenious. Derrin was always cunning when given the tools and a work order."....Who was Derrin? Idealation: This is officially the first color outside the 5 I'll be judging, so...here it goes! Given it's flavor, this does fit the bill of Pink nabbing red's weird chaos effects, which red shares with blue for a card like Polymorph. It's hard to judge a color I haven't seen before, so I might sound unfair and compare it to if it were it's composite colors, Red/White. I might see it as a Boros, but it would require another effect tacked on to make it more white. Here, I think it'll do. Better than the purple "exile matters" stuff. 9/10 for a good start. I noted that she was right, but that did nothing to remove the nagging feeling that something was off about the design. "I can tell - Derrin really knew his stuff. May I ask what this is for? I have a sense that you want me for my glasswork rather than any sort of aesthetic sensibilities."Stillness Glass - Artifact - Spells and abilities you control don't cause abilities your opponents control to trigger. (You know that feeling when you wonder why no-one has replied to your message, and then you realize that you never sent it in the first place? Yeah...) Backup Piece probably should use 'if' instead of 'whenever', since I think it's supposed to be a replacement effect? I dunno. I like it, though. 9/10

Lady Mapi Rudara ignored the obvious flirtation, and continued as if he were speaking only about what she required him for. " Indeed. Your work displays an intriguing amount of durability for the base material, even when compared to other logically tougher metals." She steps to the side, as to not force him out of the way when stepping away from the table. "As for why such resistant material is required, the reason is simple."
"These constructs are expected to engage in battle, and I expect many battles will require them in the coming days."{Response Card - Praetorian Foundry} Stillness Glass: A reverse Panharmonicon, almost. It's hard to judge some of these 3 cost artifacts that do a specific effect like this, but this does shut down a lot of reactive abilities, which I'm not sure how many there are. For those that do, how does this work with Enrage, for example. It seems like a logical progression, but a bit too complicated for my tastes. 8/10

Either way... there's a bit of a snag." I pulled a sheet of parchment out and started to jot down notes as I spoke.
"Leaving out a bunch of boring theory that would be literally meaningless to you - no offense - Ptulan glass is partially built from the creator's passion and intent. As such, it's not really something that any one person can mass-produce, or produce for general usage. For example, I can use it to create durable works of art, or a shield to defend myself from harm. But weapons? Not generally my thing."
I finished up my notes, and signed them with a flourish.
"However, you have a large number of people who would literally give their lives for you. As such, I've written out instructions that anyone who has ever worked with glass would be able to follow - it won't be as good as the real deal, but it'll be good enough."Foundry Plans - Artifact - When Foundry Plans enters the battlefield, exile an artifact card from your hand. If an artifact you control would be destroyed, you may exile it instead. At the beginning of your upkeep, create a token that is a copy of an artifact card exiled by Foundry Plans. Praetorian Foundry is... woah. I like the design, though I'm not sure it should be White (or, at least, monowhite). Maybe ? 8/10

Lady Mapi Rudara allowed the artificer the moment to write their plans, preferring to observe as their instructions were written in a practical blur, before eyeing the finished piece. Her eyes scanned the document, musing over it, before she permitted a noise of approval. " I'll take your inputs into consideration. There are more readily available materials for a number of these parts that can be substituted inn. The edge of your substituted glass will serve well where it's needed." A smile sneaked onto her face as she turned to Mattol, and she didn't bother to hide it. "Thank you."
{Response Card - Keeper of the Secret} Foundry Plans: Miny imprint, but that mechanic is niche enough I can excuse you technically reusing it. I really like this, though the exile clause should read "Another artifact" so you can't exile itself for whatever reason. Otherwise, I love it as a niche artifact mythic. 9/10

The same book from earlier appears. As it enters, the room fills with the smell of blood. The pages appear clean enough and this time, they do not tell of a Worldshaker (or some similar prophecy) but rather they tell of the importance of freedom of all entities, large or small. Doctrine of Whims Enchantment When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. Creatures you control but don't own get +2/+0 and have haste and trample. Be not swayed by the bindings of civilization.

A few minutes after Karina and VIA pass through the Trial of Sacrifice, a vampire surrounded by a thin fog finds her way to the sphinx. Around her neck are the tokens of Order, Solidarity, and Renewal.
Alright so, what's the deal with this one? she asks the sphinx.
Doom from Within Scheme When you set this scheme in motion, you may cast target noncreature spell from an opponent's graveyard without paying its mana cost.
(if the trials don't work this way feel free to nosell this)

Otherwise it's fine, though I would have loved that classic Archenemy flavortext. 7/10

Ah, but that's because I have long since learned them.
On my home plane of Pguqium, I faced injustice after injustice from a broken system. I know the dangers of a laws that hurt rather than support.
On Feraguo, I truly learned the value of working as one, working with Anne, Mari, and Xiong to rid the world of world-ending monstrosities.
And renewal? I can't even count. I was an aimless student. A demon-crazed thief. A victim in search of a cure. A champion of a goddess...

High in the air, Lindri looks upon Rudara's creations. Floating landmasses. Will need to take this power into account. Her eyes shift to the walls of Sanaerti. It's too early to use it on them. If she breached the walls now, she might be able to conquer Sanaerti, but not as quickly and as decisively as she planned. But these landmasses would make for some fine target practice. Perhaps arousing some well-deserved fear in the hearts of Rudara's frail, frail worshipers. "Cannon." An extremely bulky mechanical arm materialises. It isn't attached to her body, she holds it with her two organic ones like a weapon (though technically she only needs one to operate it). Lindri was never sure why Kalev had decided to build this weapon for the medicine expert of their team, of all people. But Lindri knows that this weapon suits her much more. She has never regretted cutting the doctor's arm off and murdering her and her assistant for this gem. This weapon has served her finely ever since. At full power, it can be rather destructive. Lindri starts charging it, then aims it towards the biggest landmass. Were it to be shattered, its chunks would initiate a chain reaction that may very well destroy the whole floating archipelago. Lindri draws back the trigger and fires.
Lindri, Devastating Cannoneer Legendary Planeswalker - Lindri Permanents you don't control lose indestructible and can't have or gain indestructible. : Lindri, Devastating Cannoneer deals 1 damage to each player. : Destroy target land. Lindri deals X damage to any target and each target you don't control that shares a name with it.
The quoted excerpt is a post from 2015 that was Lindri's first on-screen appearance btw, though Heldra had mentioned her once before. "The Fourth" used to be Lindri's name in Kalev's organisation.

Lindri smiles as the cold air envelops her. Thanks for the help, cryomancer. But I can do better.
The molten slurry, the earthen fist approaches her. She stares it down. The magma ceases its seething. The earth ceases its rumble.
It doesn't move anymore. Frozen in time. A molten spectacle captured for all to behold. Localised time stop is even easier for her to pull off than general time stop. Though slowed down by the frozen air, she can move out of the way rather easily this way, and she begins to do so. The fist isn't going anywhere, after all. Right?
Instant Tap target nonland permanent. It doesn't untap as long as you control a Wizard or a planeswalker.

It was rather easy to convince when you knew what you were doing. Which hopefully didn't surprise the warlord that she was not alone in such abilities, as several more molten fists seemed to materialize around her in the blink of an eye. {Response Card - Time is On My Side} Chronophobia: Yeah, that riding ability is not fun. It basically requires to check for something that can change at any time and is super easy to maintain, plus it keeps it locked from untapping outside of the untap step. Neat idea, but no. 3/10

Lindri was, in fact, not surprised. After all, how else could Rudara have got into her mind within stopped time? Orpheus was famous for moving rocks with his voice and the music of his lyre. A siren like Lindri couldn't be any less. With one note, modulated carefully to achieve a melodious effect in spite of the frozen air, she moved the fists herself, to travel in an arc towards the city of Sanaerti. Honestly, if Rudara wouldn't let her have a little fun before the main course, a few burnt buildings and citizens were the least she could expect to get back.
Lindri, Stonesinger Legendary Planeswalker - Lindri : Gain control of target noncreature artifact or land until end of turn. Untap it. It becomes a 3/3 creature with haste until end of turn. : Add for each untapped land an opponent controls.

Essence Backlash is a 2UR essence scatter stapled onto a similar effect. This could probably be 2UR I think, especially since Backlash is common. Might be wrong though. 7.5/10 No. The book does not fly through the portal, instead opting to remain on the plane, pulling out what appears to be an array of several hundred different knives, pointing them at Rudara. It seems that the book wants to spar, except not a friendly spar. There's another word for that: attempting to kill someone. Rock and flecks of magma scattered through the air, clouding Lindri's vision before it eventually settled, falling to the ground far below. Amidst the clearing debris and floating, just as Lindri was herself, was a tall, pale woman. Where Lindri's wings were the purest white, this woman's were of the blacknest feather, and her wingwspan was far greater. In one hand she wielded a iron staff, her other five extended out, palms open towards Lindri. The woman's eyes were of the brightest amber shade, and were staring straight through her. It seemed she had tipped the hive, so to speak. "Lindri of Thari. You attack my people, insult my holds, and threaten to destroy this plane for the sake of the petty goal of conquest and war. All you have done has been to threaten, decimate, and destroy all in your path, and nothing but bring low anyone in your sight, even your supposed allies. Now you threaten to destroy my city for nothing but your own entertainment." Rudara's free hands clenched into fists and her brow lowered. To those familiar with the goddess, this was more emotion than she usually allowed herself to show. "You will cease your games, scatter your armies, and return to whatever pathetic, desecrated world you came from."
"Or I will force you to leave this plane."

The Conqueror didn't lower her gaze when Rudara stared through her. She silently waited for Rudara to finish speaking and gave her an answer. "You're wrong about how I treat my allies. Who have you talked to? That cat who makes demands before getting results? Or some unremarkable soldier without an ounce of enthusiasm for the work beyond what's enough to save her own hide? I reward well those who attempt to earn my respect. But let's get to the good part now.
I will stay. Don't get me wrong, this is very entertaining. But it isn't just about fun. I'm not like that narrow-minded fool Kalev.
War is the way things have always been. War is the way things will always be. Thari is a plane lucky to have been submerged in war for generations! So blessed, we have forgotten why it even started! And what do you do? You try to make peace! You call my goal petty? You are wrong. Your peace is blasphemous, dissonant, fabricated. It creaks at the slightest hint of energy. It disgusts me. My goal is not petty.
It is holy!" Lindri rolls her head back and spreads her arms. A portal emerges from behind her, like a bruise in the sky. Three creatures emerge from it: an enormous dragon, a gigantic skeleton covered in smaller skeletons, and a huge fire elemental sizzling angrily. Lindri doesn't even seem to notice as the three unleash their simultaneous attacks: two streams of fire and an army of unmeltable undead. She rolls her head forward again and stares through Rudara.
"Strike me down. I fucking dare you."

Neottolemo Rudara gave the slightest reaction, raising a brow and opening her mouth the slightest at the intrusion from the three titans now standing behind the warlord, before she recomposed herself. Her staff left her hand, falling to the ground as she freed her sixth hand, and held it forward in sequence with the rest. She gave Lindri and the titans a resolute look as the attack approached her, and spoke. "If you will not go, then you will die."Far below, the staff stopped in mid air, as if suddenly plucked from its fall, before turning parallel to Rudara. Energy began to crackle around the aged iron, before a blast of energy erupted from the earth beneath it, struck the staff, and refracted, shooting upwards towards Rudara and coalescing around her. "And if you cannot be killed, I will remake you into something new."The energy then erupted forth, washing over the Titan's attacks and towards Lindri herself. The aether crackled at the edges of the attack, tearing even the air away from reality. ...What would it being forth when the spell was done? {Call for Aid - Silence: M11} {Response Card - Remorseless Reshaping } Lindri, Heir of Destruction: Samut the Tested sort of with black effects in tow, except the ultimate is tribal. Eh. 6/10

Fleur Rudara blinked at hundreds of knives now pointing in her direction, before she made the smallest "hmm.' "No."
Rudara extended a hand forward, eyes flashing as she reached with her will out to the book. It would show restraint in her presence, and would leave as she demanded it to. {Call for Aid - Stifle, Conspiracy} targeting the ETB effect. {Response Card - Exert Discipline } Hundred-Blade Vengeance : Neat flavor, and this does hit everyone when something dies, but on the off chance your opponents control 100 creatures, planeswalkers, and themselves between them, this dodges hitting you at all. Which is fine, I think at that point they deserve it. Still feels like Hundred-Handed One's monstrous ability effectively says in normal play it can block any number of creatures. 6/10 The book shuts for a moment and the runes goes dark. "Thank... you...", you hear as the runes sputter away.Leaving only her. A feminine figure framed in villainous purple, carrying a silvered knife."Thank you, my dear. I was starting to miss the outside." Srethi readies a knife and prepares to attack Rudara once more. "That book was most constraining anyways. I'm sure as another god, you understand me," she says, floating in mid air, darting towards Rudara with a mixture of violence and excitement in her eyes.Srethi has spent 100 Valor to unlock Questmaster! Srethi the Finisher Legendary Enchantment Whenever CARDNAME or another enchantment enter the battlefield under your control, you may destroy target creature or planeswalker that was dealt damage this turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent has 5 or less life, CARDNAME becomes a 5/5 black Assassin Avatar creature with indestructible. "No job should be left unfinished."

Fleur "You are welcome, now depart." Rudara gestured again, this time putting more force behind her demand. There was not simply a dimensional hole she was dropping an errant book into, she was opening a vortex and hurling the offending individual into. It led to somewhere on the plane, far from here where this irritating goddess she claimed to be would stay out of her business. {Response Card - Leave My Realm Forever} Srethi the Finisher: Neat, sort of win more but it's fine. 8/10
